Why won't installed Apps open?

Hi,
My T.V. will not load past the "Smart TV loading" screen. Is the TV likely to be having Logic Board issues? When attempting to upgrade the firmware with the supplied .bin file I receive the comment "no USB media found/No USB found".
I understand that this is a common problem. Will changing the logic board fix this? And do you supply the logic board - and how much is this?
Hi, Thanks for your question and I'm sorry to hear about the issues. Unfortunately in this case it sounds like there could be an issue with the firmware or the main board. If the firmware installation was unable to be installed, I'd recommend checking that the .bin is on a 32GB or smaller USB stick in FAT32 format. Try turning the TV off at the wall plug for 15 seconds, plug the USB stick in the USB 1 slot, then turn the TV on and try the steps again.
If this does not resolve the issue, we'll be happy to assist with a repair. If the TV is within its warranty period this will be free of charge. What type of wireless keyboard should I be purchasing......Are universal ones compatible with this model

Hi Angela, Thank you for your question. Any wireless keyboard which comes with a build-in USB dongle will work fine. Our TVs don't have Bluetooth, so a Bluetooth keyboard would not be compatible.
