downside Kogan use Allied Express for delivery - very disappointed with customer service from Allied Express, with delays and customer service consultants hanging up during conversation and also being left on hold for 12 minutes before being disconnected. After 4 calls still did not get any answers and had to waste 2 days staying at home until delivery arrived. Customer service consultants obviously don't know the meaning of 'customer service'.
