Good quality for the price – I opened the box on arrival to find it damaged. called Kogan who originally wanted me to send it off for repair. I told them I wanted a brand new unit as I just received this. Replacement came and working well. Picture quality and design is great. I would recommend for Xbox or movies  Show details

If I could give 'NO STAR' I would – Sound - woeful. Purchased a soundbar and that was so bad I complained and Kogan customer service gave me a 'software' update but this did nothing. Wow – Wow, tv arrived & did not work. After many phone calls and instructions still not working. Re packing is a nightmare, transporting back more of a nightmare but after 18 days tv arrives back at Melbourne depot. Then your supposed to waite up to 21 days for warranty accessment. saves them). The tv had no software data but did get it working through a recorder. Picture is just simply horrible and sound similar to a 1962 transister radio! Bought a el cheapo Soniq which is far superior. Dont get sucked by the price. Definately dont deal with a company that has no bricks abd mortar in your city. You can get JB Hi Fi factory scoops cheap, better quality and a shop down the road to harass.
