Unreliable and profit first – Informed Gladesville area was serviced (previously used school). 2 future lessons booked, confirmed and then cancelled. No competing bookings. Attempted to resolve (email and calls). Advised instructor would not service area after they confirmed differently. Time-wasting. Disappointing Unprofessional.
