Nasty, no business sense and illegal practices – Wow, this [Name Removed] guy is an idiot! Don't use this organisation! My daughter mistakenly paid for her driving test with him online. We then received a text saying he wasn't available on the day requested so I asked for our money back and he became very aggressive, argumentative and told me there was a $10 fee because he had to pay someone to do the refund, wth? I told him it was an honest mistake and all he had to do was a quick refund. He complained bitterly because he was working on a Sunday. Omg?! Maybe shut your website down on a Sunday then [Name Removed]? What business in their right mind treats precious customers like this?! None I have ever dealt with. This is on top of a $4.50 card processing fee which is an illegal practice given it is significantly more than any card fee would cost. When we called [Name Removed] a second time and quizzed him about why the website took the payment if he wasn't available on the date requested, he became more abusive, spoke over the top of me and told me to teach my daughter to learn to read. What a nasty and unintelligent human being. It was an innocent mistake which has upset my daughter who was so excited to be booking her driving exam only to be treated like a fool. Clearly, your website is the problem [Name Removed] and your work ethic. Our payment should not have been taken if the date and pickup location was not available. You are the fool, not my daughter because I'll be sure to tell everyone what an idiot and rip off you are. You still owe her $4.50.
