problem out.They replied after a few weeks with Lan Franco saying they will not help you as it just out of warranty. No one was willing to help solve this problem not even a phone call to help us out. VERY DISAPPOINTED with both Harvey Norman and Lan Franco.

Buyer beware dodgy company – There lounge suits are rubbish and a night mare to anyone who purchase them. her complaint to QCAT and was finally awarded that Lanfranco refund her the $3300 Lanfranco have refused to pay up claiming they no longer own this business as it was acquired by Oscar Furniture who claim Lanfranco Furniture are responsible for their warranty and still trading as far as ASIC are concern. A current affairs to investigate this Company to see who are a fraudulent company who change their name to avoid payment .

Not worth what you pay and warranty useless – Had issues with my recliner couch mechanism. Lanfranco refused to let a local repairer do the repair and instead insisted the couch get sent back to them interstate for repair. 3 weeks later and now I'm still waiting for my couch back. Very Disappointed – We shopped at Havey Norman Erina and sat on Lanfranco recliners and loved them BUT when they arrived they are nothing like the shop recliners. can recline but they don't stay back they spring back up to the sitting position and the foot rest was padded which makes it worse not better. We paid over $1,000 each for these and i won't let my guest sit in them as they are rubbish.

Worst workmanship you'll ever come across!!! – Bought this lounge because it was 'proudly South Australian made'. Just over a year after purchasing (March 2015) the stitching stated to come undone. Contacted the company and was told stitching was only covered by one year warranty and if I'd like to bring it to the factory they would fix it. new lounge restitched hardly one year into owning it. Since then more of the lounge continues to come unstitched. My three seater has two seats completely pulled apart and one of the two recliners as well. It's been a total disaster. I bought it to be able to relax but it really uncomfortable the way the recliners keep sitting upright slowly as you sit in them. The leg rests cut into you calf muscles because they tilt up just below your knees. I've had secondhand lounges last 10-15 years longer than this unless product. I strongly recommend you do not buy any of their products as they don't care what happens to the product when it leaves the warehouse. Funny thing is the furniture shop where I bought my lounge closed down after I bought mine. Probably had something to do with this wholesale company!!! Buyer beware!!!

Update Sept 2018: The frame of this lounge and its reclining mechanisms are falling apart and becoming increasingly uncomfortable and difficult to use. The leg rests won't go down and stay down which is making the frame make frightening noises, I'm just waiting for it to snap and fall to pieces. So desperate to replace this shocking piece of furniture. The disappointment never ends as it continues to deteriorate faster than anything I've ever seen or owned before.
