one star is too generous – Do not even consider this tablet as when you first ever connect it to wi-fi it will start to download updates for just the pre-installed apps where it will max out the space allocated for apps and that's it - you can go no further with it. It is not really fit for sale as it goes straight from the box to landfill. Laser's response when asked about this is that the allocated space cannot be altered so you must buy a better model.
