Good Value – The Laser Blue Ray player has worked almost perfectly, except it has frozen on me twice when switching it on - but just had to switch off and on at power board to remedy. Otherwise it's been running well for well over a year now. Being multi region is terrific - as I order dvds from around the world. Very happy.

Nice and Cheap Blue Ray Player – I read about the reviews of the Laser BLU-BD1080 but I got the upgraded model BD2000. It's multi region/zone format that can play nearly all types of video discs even those that my Samsung Blue Ray could not play before, For a machine well under $90 that produces better than acceptable picture quality, I can only say it's a very very good buy and no need to pay big money.

Great player, great price – Purchased 2 players @ $70 each. Plays all regions. Plays most formats. Even plays my unpowered WD elements HDDs (500gb/750gb) as well as my powered seagate 1.5tb HDD. One player connected to analog TV via AV cable. Still produces good clear definition. Digital TV is superb. The best all round player for that kind of money. All region playback. Played my HDDs without any issues. Inexpensive and reliable. Doesn't play some divx/xvid codecs (older) would like to see an update that would install older codecs.

Low price - but works fine – I bought this at the good guys , with 2 extra years warranty. Pros: Easy to set up All 3 regions (via secret code - documented in manual). Media player Will also play MPEG4 movies Price - probably $70 or so. Cons: Looks cheaply built Won't play .FLV and H.264 files directly - you'll need a converter. Media player, multi region looks slightly cheap
