Excellent Le Creuset Grill Pan – The Le Creuset 26cm Iron Grill Pan is a game-changer. It cooks evenly and leaves and stunning grill marks. It's also easy to clean. Plain cast iron is far better than the coated kind - which I've had a few of over the years, they may be cheaper but they chip, and then go rusty. My advice is to splash out and buy this pan, which will last you a lifetime.
