Le Creuset Mini Round Cocotte

Great purchase – I bought a set of 4 colours from city sydney store, near townhall. The mini cocette is good for making eggs and bacon with a small piece of bread. Place into oven and I was surprised the bread came out crispy. Even when the lid was on the whole time. Well worth it, definitely a keeper. Plus they come in so many colours.

The Mini Cocotte is a good alternative for ramekins – I bought the Le Creuset Mini Cocotte set as an alternative to the ramekins available and found it to be a good size for simple single serves such as baked eggs (for brunch), shepherd's pie and a creme brulee! It was on sale during the end of financial year sale (i.e. AUD 50 for a set of 3 various colours) and it has been a great buy! It cooks the contents evenly and usable in microwaves. Well sized for single serves, easy to handle, cooks evenly and easy to clean. A great variety of colours! Slightly more expensive than Ramekins and other brands of mini cocottee
