Le Creuset Signature 3-Ply Stainless Steel

Not worth the expense – If I could give -stars I would. I purchased four signature stainless steel saucepans. Upon first use of two of the saucepans filled both with water, boiled it, placed in vegetables and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. This is where everything went wrong. Such expensive items they pitted. Took them back to retailer where I purchased. She took notes and told me the Le Creuset assessor would be coming into the store to look at them. This company took no responsibility what so ever, the assessor viewed them and said it was not a manufacturing fail. How she can have X-ray vision and look through 3ply stainless steel and determine this, she should be working for NASA. This assessor could not ring me from store as she could not record me (like a criminal) if I wanted to I had to ring Le Creuset where my conversation would be recorded. Be warned the saucepans are not of a great standard. The brand in my opinion is not customer friendly or focussed. It has lost me. Never ever purchase from Le Creuset. Look elsewhere for cheaper and better saucepans.
