how can i track my order
I recently held a lereve party had a good over 1300 worth of wars but my order was put in as part of those sales with no discount or rewards applied I’m now expected to spend more money to get the reward of 50% off on the extra I spend is this correct ? If so what was the point in being a “host” feeling a bit ripped off to be honest
Hi, I have used Le Reve oils for many years and am wanting to host a party for my daughter. I use the 'Host' tab on the website over a week ago and as yet have not heard from anyone. I realise it is holiday time but if that is an issue would have expected a computer-generated response stating when I should expect someone to contact me. I live in the north of Brisbane - anyone got a contact name or number for me?

I would like to know where the products are made as i bought a perfume on the understanding by the consultant that it is made in Australia. On receiving the perfume the box said packaged in Australia . The party that i went to the consultant spoke so highly of the brand saying many times Made in australia by an australian owned company. I'm starting to feel that i was lied to Can somebody please explain Thank you Wendy
Hi Wendy, Le Reve is definitely a Aussie ran company out of Sydney. The husband and wife grew up in geelong and moved to Sydney. Hope this helped.
I would like to know where the actual perfume is made is it made in Australia or overseas as the perfume box said "PACKAGED IN AUSTRALIA" so that leads me to assume that it is made overseas probably China. You attend a party and the consultant says "made in Australia by an Australian owned company, and you believe them i actually asked her twice if that was correct. I believe in supporting Australian owned companies but i try to buy Australian owned and made in Australia I still feel that i have been lied to and the consultants need to be made aware that they are not telling the truth It would be nice if a representative from the company could answer my ONE question Wendy
Hi Wendy if you go to external link all your answers will be there on the site. They are Australian made and Owned. Front page of their catalogue explains that. Lereve is sold in Australia and New Zealand with Consultants in both Areas. Shipping from Australia to New Zealand. Consultants directly sell to consumers explaining this.
You are correct. We used to manufacture high quality fragrances for them locally, but they decided to go downmarket, cheap with the predictable collapse following.

I understand that le Reve is Australian owned and based in Sydney were they have a factory / warehouse. I'm also of the understanding they purchase the " parfum " essence from France , and manufacture in Sydney . Unfortunately , most packaging is from China these days.
