The P3 is tiny - as in smaller than a large pen, however, it throws out a clear white beam visible for at least 50 meters. A simple twist of the torch head changes the mode from wide to narrow, once again exceeding expectations and more than that, practical.

I can't recommend this flashlight enough for people who "don't need one" - it is so small you won't notice it on your duty belt and when you need it, it'll perform to your expectations.

One note - unlike other flashlights I've used there is no indication that the battery is low / running out of power. The flashlight either works or it doesn't - there is no gradual loss of light. The batteries (AAAs) must be of the highest quality (ultimate lithium) but with 6 hours run-life, you'll be going through 1 battery every 3 to 6 months. I make it a habit to change the battery every time I need a new notebook.

Hope this review helps, I'd say go ahead and buy one (but make sure it has the included holster as the "metal pen holder" was the first thing I took off.

purchased two torches on a Thursday and they were delivered via Australia Post on Tuesday.

BUT the small torch was missing its carry pouch on arrival :( Sent another email and they're now sending me a new one.

GREAT productand awaesome customer service to back it up. Couldn't recommend higher. Reading other reviews here it seems pertinent to buy only from the supplier's website (ledlenser.com.au). Awesome experience, very happy customer. Pricey, but QUALITY!.
