giving them anymore of my money. I will be reporting them to the ACCC. Just so noone knows liquourland is Coles. So they've just been found guilty of doing the exact same thing.

 Follow-up  · Staff did not resolve anything, they ignored my complaint and refused to respond. This is what coles does. That's ok, it just means they will never ever get another cent from me. I have forward my complaint to the ACCC.

Exceptional service – Always greeted by friendly staff. I witnessed the store manager refusing service as the girl didn’t have proper identification. He acted very professional. Appalling customer service Ocean Keys – Mixer drink advertised at $29, charged $37. They said someone had put the product back on the wrong shelf. Got a refund and went back to check again. Product was clearly labelled as $29 so the manager ripped the label off the shelf right in front of me. From now on no more Liquor land, across the rad to First Choice. Show details

Misleading Pricing – Ripoff, Liquorland's online prices are misleading and cheaper than their instore prices, I firstly priced them online after selecting the store I was collecting from, the price was ok so I drove over and picked up 2 bottles of spirits, when I got home I discovered they overcharged me an extra $2 per bottle. I phoned the store, they said I would need to return my order to them for a refund to correct my overcharge. What a pain. Show details

Beware: Expensive! – The purported 'Specials' are generally available for $17/$19 and $24/$26 respectively elsewhere, including cellar door. BUT $22 and $38 are certainly 'special' prices! Liquorland are trying to make the banks look good! Show details

intention of doing and, in addition, if you look at other poor reviews it is their generic response. This is a clear indication they don’t give a toss & I will not return. I went to Artisinal Cellars, Newcastle. Their service was exceptional. Avoid Liquorland Cooks Hill at all cost or convenience & go to Artisinal where there is free underground parking for 2 hours(old David Jones Newcastle site).

 Follow-up  · I received no response from Liquorland . I suppose this is big business behaviour. The product range has gone downhill since they rebranded from Vintage Cellars & parking is always dodgy. Their deals are either overpriced or cheap and nasty (bottles of headaches). Dan Murphy’s have a superior choice.

I have been double charged for transactions TWICE in the past 2 months. Of course there is no easy way to contact them about it. The website says there’s a chat option but there literally is no chat option. I am never given receipts upon checkout so I am unable to go back to the store to get refunded. duplicate transactions. I have managed to do a chargeback through my bank to get the funds back but really, this should not even be happening. Twice in such a short amount of time is baffling. How many other people do they blatantly rob and actually get away with it? I refuse to go there anymore, way more hassle than it’s worth.

No longer sell fat lamb ginger beer. Quite a lot of products have been dropped by liquorland recently. No point in trying to compete with Dan Murphys if you drop products.

Ever since then - no phone call - instead I have been writing a novel on messenger back and forth for over a week with someone without company knowledge (maybe AI or a bot which is infuriating) - rather than someone picking up the phone and calling me ?!

Liquorland hide behind their logo - BWS and Dans are very customer focused

I have a chronic sinus condition, which causes me to “harumph” or clear my throat on a regular basis. It’s nothing to do with any infectious condition. Nonetheless, I always try to cover my mouth. Perhaps I forgot on that occasion. But the manager’s instant and aggressive rudeness, out of the blue, to a friendly regular customer, was really quite confronting.

I can understand why business owners might hire unpleasant aggressive people for back office roles. But in customer facing roles? No thanks. I’ve taken my regular daily business elsewhere.

Went into the store today with my 18 year old daughter. I was purchasing wine for myself. When I got to the counter my daughter was asked for ID. I told him it was for me, not her. He refused to serve us. Since when must all parties show ID? Utter ridiculous. Lost my business for ever.

and cask Port tonight and after price matching saved $10 on 2 items! Another recent visit found the shop floor with a pallet of Pale Ale on the floor in the store with absolutely nothing on the floor in the walk if fridge. The team member had to go look for himself. I go there because it is handy, but I always do my homework on the others pricing before buying anything.

behind the till. Worst customer service. He then served four other custmers that came in after me. I explained I am a senior, elderly, and not good with tech. He humiliated me, my BP and axiety went through the roof. Continued to shout and talk over my request for help. Saying" I don't know "Mate"! I don't do click and collect!!" over and over. He yelled continuously making out to the other customers I was being rude. The other customers did not know I had already paid $100 for my goods. After all customers left he then went out back and got my goods. I had showed Id and reciept on phone when I finaly realized what I had to do no thanks to him. I am scared of his person now. In all my life and a career as full time hairdresser have I ever copped such illmanered and rude service.

said he had a delivery and wouldn't open for another 30 minutes. This is all fine although really chaotic and bad business. I said that the website showed opening hours of 9am on Fridays at which stage he slams the door in my face. If he's a franchisee, he is damaging the brand: if he is an employee, he needs serious customer service training.

Disgusted – I went in to buy a Mini bottle of wine 187 ml of yellow tail and they want $8. $3.50 - 3.99 everywhere else. That's a disgusting difference. Not sure how they justify that amount.

What a joke. We went elsewhere and there was plenty of low alcohol there so we will never return and waste our time at Liquorland South Windsor. We tried to email a complaint to Liquorland but, dont bother, because an automatic reply was "thank you for your email but our customer service emails are not monitored". So their customer service is as pathetic as their commitment to responsible service of alcohol.

Incompetent staff at the store and did not want to sort this issue out. My wife had to ring customer service to get this problem sorted. We asked for a refund of all the beer and said that we will never shop at Liquorland again. Pathetic.

was very dismissive, told me it was ‘just technology’ and ‘who knows?’ It’s unacceptable. I feel like it must happen a lot if it can happen to me twice in two visits. I think many people either won’t notice if purchasing other items as well, or won’t want to make a fuss.
