DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT – This is sold falsely, it does not do what it claims to do, does not charge through solar at all. When charged using electricity it will then only charge a phone to half. Totally unresponsive regarding a return and receiving money back. Dishonest business.

Useless camera – Bought their mini camera and what a waste of money that was. False advertising. Very poor quality. Takes hours to charge and it last for 2 hours Show details

Don’t water your time or money. Scam – I purchased two solar banks and a camera in their “Closing Down” sale. Solar bank works for a few minutes. Camera doesn’t charge. Their “today only” sale has been going for months. Plain as day this is a scam.

SCAM! Heed the negative reviews and do not buy! – I ordered 3 of these power banks and they are useless! Before purchasing I tried to search whether this was a legitimate site/product however nothing suspicious came up, only positive reviews on their site. I placed my order but decided to cancel roughly a day later. I got a reply back 3 days later (in the evening mind you) saying they had already… Read more

shipped them and the order cannot be cancelled. I tried to argue that per their website, "a dispatch email will be sent upon completion" and that if the items have not been shipped yet (i.e. receipt of shipment confirmation), I can request a cancellation on the purchase. Conveniently I received no shipping confirmation prior to this but only after they sent this reply. Once received, I found it way too light to be 50,000mAh and overall looking/feeling very cheap. Initially all blue lights were on when charged and it was able to charge my phone perhaps 20-25% or so. Now, even after being in the sun all day or charged via mains for hours, only one blue light is on and cannot charge more than a few percent on my phone before depleating. Also, looking at the website again it shows "50% TODAY ONLY" with a countdown till end of sale. This was exactly how it looked when I initially purchased. A (now obvious) ploy to get people to buy. After reading some of the other reviews, I don't think I'll waste my time trying to argue with them for a refund.

Massive waste of money!

Very dodgy company – Wish I'd found these reviews before buying from them. The product is downright dangerous with the battery swelling during solar charging. The replacement they sent did the same thing. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Numerous requests for refunds have been met with either fobbing off or just silence. Show details

Don't buy – I bought 2 cameras that are impossible to set up.I should have done some research before spending $200.I have now found out that this company might be a scam.If I don't get a refund I'll try my hardest to take them to the ACCC. Show details

Beware Do Not Buy – Ordered the Solar Power Bank thinking that the site was legitimate as it was supported by a number of pay companies (ie. PayPal). Power Bank arrived and while it was stamped 50,000 mAh, it was very light for a Power bank. Once fully charged (took approx 5 hours!), it could only charge a single phone (5,000 mAh battery) to 75%. Using a smaller… Read more

capacity phone (3,200 mAh), I retried and worked out that at best the Power Bank would be 3,700 mAh. It charged the smaller phone and 10% of a second phone.

Attempted to get a refund, of course the site does not have any contact (a give away now that I look back), also the chat wants all details and will get back to you (another small give away). Email is the only contact.

Living Easy emails back suggesting they will only refund if damaged or faulty - well it isn't either, it's a totally different product. Advertising is also very misleading as are the refund conditions. Attempting refund via PayPal, Reported to ScamWatch (ACCC).

Never received this power bank I paid 99 $ for – Despite investigations by Australia Post and EasyLiving I never received this item that I paid 99 $ for. Both blame each other and I am Piggy in the Middle, having paid these scammers for an item I never received. Internet shopping as it worst. The WA small claims tribunal has accepted my claim and may get expensive for them as they have managed… Read more

to track their physical address. My sincere advice: with all the catastrophic reviews here on Productreview, never buy anything from these scammers. Most likely you will never receive it.

Unfortunately I placed an order before seeing this - Requesting refund via Paypal – I ordered one, paying with PayPal to be safe, but then I noticed these reviews the next morning. I've sent a request for a refund and initiated a refund via PayPal. The vendor responded that they could not cancel my order as they shipped it - about three days after I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. The product arrived today (I had… Read more

paid extra for tracking, so it was sent), however even the product manual for the item that arrived, says its only a 10,000 mah battery - not the claimed 50,000mah on their website.

So this is a scam, I am continuing with PayPal to get a full refund. I paid a total of $104.98 (with extra $4.99 for Tracking), and got a battery with 20% of the claimed capacity.

I feel scammed – This is why I feel scammed: 1. This device is not a 50,000mAh device! 2. When charged by USB cord which came with the thing, blue lights illuminated. Unplugged it after about 8 hours and the blue lights remained on. The device got warm and eventually died. 3. It does not charge my iPhone 11 at all and cannot be recharged by USB nor solar. It now… Read more

is basically a worthless brick. 4. When I wrote them on Messenger, they replied with instructions for first time use, which I had already done. 5. They are clearly in the business of scamming people out of money and contrary to their claim, they are not "closing" up shop. 6. They aren't based in Australia. One guess as to where they're based. If anyone ever wonders why we doubt the quality of goods from this country, this is a glaring example.

AVOID!!

Junk Device – This thing is nowhere near 50000mAh. It won't even charge my cell phone. When I first got it, the flashlight wouldn't come on; now it won't shut off. It is a piece of junk, a total waste of the 80 bucks I paid for it. Show details

Useless and overpriced – Arrives in box with absolutely no instructions in or on the box. Purchased 2 unfortunately. One sort of worked initially and now absolutely nothing and the other one pretty much won't charge unless plugged into powerpoint and even then doesn't charge to full capacity. Others online that look exactly the same but for half the price. Annoyed at… Read more

myself for not doing due diligence first. Don't touch. Company extremely unhelpful and basically blaming me for not charging via electrical outlet first when no instructions were provided. Not happy.

*Warning do not buy* – Exactly as big bird said. Poor quality, is not 50,000 mAh, more like 10,000. They won't answer my emails and my 1 star review warning people does not show up on the review page. I am currently seeking help from fair trading australia

Don't waste your money – I paid $99 for this power bank and had high hopes, but I've regretted it ever since. I should have done my research but was deceived by only positive reviews on the retailer website (of course). It takes a very, very long time (days) to recharge in the sun, the promise of solar charging being the main reason I bought it. But worse than that, it… Read more

holds nowhere near the amount of power advertised. It took more than two hours to mostly charge (I ran out of patience to wait for it to fully charge) my very small Fitbit tracker, which normally only takes an hour to charge at a power point. And to add insult to injury, the belt clip fell off after the first use, due to the glue not being very strong, and now there is no attachment point for the carabiner strap either. And just as a final flourish, the toy compass attached to the carabiner strap does not point in any consistent direction, let alone indicating north. I can only guess that the positive reviews were submitted before the other hapless purchasers with high hopes, like myself, had actually tried to use it.
