Comfortable keyboard, That's all about it. The Worst Keyboard I've ever used. The keyboard disconnects while using and trying to connect to other PCs which doesn't exist and really frustrating. Would you buy this product again? Not for a $1 Show details

Great keyboard and mouse combo – This keyboard & mouse combo was purchased to replace an old set, for use in our home office. Overall, we are quite impressed with the ergonomic design of both keyboard & mouse. The keyboard has adjustable tilt legs for your preferred typing angle. The large cushioned palm rest makes for comfortable typing for extended periods of time. Installation… Read more

was easy & only took 5 minutes to complete. The keyboard & mouse pairs with up to 3 devices; computer, smartphone & tablet. The only downside is the mouse is designed for right handed people so if you're left handed, this may not be the right product for you. In a nutshell, this combo is a huge improvement from our previous outdated set. It functions seamlessly, is comfortable & ergonomic, a great product!

So frustrating – Considering that this keyboard is complex, having two modes of connection to 3 PCs, first impressions were not good. The mouse also has a selection of four or five different keys. Setup instructions are printed on the box, white on black. Who keeps the box sitting around in order to review the instructions at a later date, when setting up on… Read more

another PC?

The model number of the keyboard and mouse are printed on the back – white on white! The model number on the keyboard is K850, on the mouse it is M720. A quick search of the web for clarification brings me to the Logitech “Hi There, How can I help” bot. Having typed in the question, the bot then asks to confirm the type of query I have, and then asks that my query be typed in again! After five minutes of frustration, it then refers me to a “live” agent. That agent then wastes my time greeting me and telling me she is going off to research the answer, ask how my day was etc. etc. Finally, she comes back and confirms that the keyboard and mouse are indeed a pair. If only that had been shown on the box contents!!

The keyboard has a light to indicate the caps on/off but not the number lock. When setting up the keyboard, one has no idea where the number lock is on or off!

There is no Windows key marked – one has to ‘work it out’ that it is the “start key”.

M7 20 setup guide is displayed with a RED background, which makes it ridiculous to print the instructions – what is wrong with conventional black print on white background?

Why does mouse not work ?..... now they tell me! “Plugging the receiver into a USB hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch ( NOTE: Your receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.)”

Logitech support advise If the mouse is not working …“If the power indicator is not lit, move the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "ON" position. The power indicator should now turn green. “ ….. maybe it turns white !!! Aghhhhh

After 2 days of trying to get it to connect to 3 PCs with limited hit & miss success and support that is AI in training pants - I give up. Item returned to Amazon for refund.

My loyalty to Logitech (over > 14 years) has been sorely tested, particularly by 'support'.

The best keyboard and mouse for your desktop – On Sunday 23rd July 2023 I purchased this so I could use it for my business wirelessly with Windows 11 on the Dell Inspiron 9020 SFF Desktop by resting my hands on the palm rest on the keyboard so they won't get tired. Show details

I understood 3 pcs not enough, please make 7! – It is not bad but as of today it is not enough to have 3 devices with a single usb dongle. I need minimum 3 dongles to work with it as I have monitor HUB which is connected to a laptop and 2 desktop pcs. 2 Android devices + Tablet + TV. One dongle sits in monitor. How do I manage the rest or my devices if I can only use 3? I was hopping that this KB will make life easier, but in fact it is not.

Ideal productivity keyboard for both Business and personal use – The mouse that comes with this keyboard and mouse set is comfortable to hold and use. The keyboard has a much-appreciated armrest that allows for comfortable typing experience. I like the ability to either use the unifying receiver or Bluetooth to connect. However, after using this for a while, the keyboard tends to have a few of the keys tend to… Read more

fade out. I wish Logitech would make the letters on the keys not fade out this easily after about a short period of frequent use.

Top quality and versatile keyboard and mouse combo – I'd read plenty of average reviews about this keyboard and mouse, all of which seemed to focus on the feel of the keyboard, something these reviewers seemed to be incapable of looking past. I can only suggest that Logitech have changed the feel of the keys in subsequent updates of the keyboard because it feels fine to me - the keys are light,… Read more

positive, have a good feel on the fingers (not at all sticky or squishy) and are very comfortable to use. Overall, the keyboard looks and feels great - it's a quality keyboard not only in how it operates but in it's sleek, sculptured looks which are not only attractive but make it very comfortable with a gently arched keybed which allows your wrists to fall in a natural position. Although I've only had a it a few days, I've no doubt it will be comfortable to use for extended periods. The wrist rest really adds to the comfort level too. It looks great on the desk too - a fullsize keyboad but without all those generally useless 'media buttons' and other shortcut buttons - this is a working keyboard that doesn't take up any more room than it needs. The mouse is also excellent - really comfortable to use, the main buttons have a solid click to them and the whole unit has a quality, robust look and feel. The option for notched or smooth scrolling is a nice touch. I've no doubt this will last as long as the keyboard and will be comforable for use over long periods. However, the main reason I bought the MK850 was the ability to easily have my home PC and my work laptop using the same keyboard and mouse but to be able to easily switch between the two devices. Working from home has made this really important functionality and the MK850 delivers in spades! It's an absolute breeze to swap between the PC and laptop using the dedicated buttons on the keyboard and mouse - takes all of 2 secs to swap seamlessly and it's this functionality alone that makes the MK850 worth it. No more having to deal with juggling two keyboards and mice or swapping USB receivers. This is a revelation and I'm sure my situation (using a home PC and a work laptop in the same workspace) must be a really common setup these days. All in all, I think this is a terrific keyboard and mouse combo, especially for the price. It's a quality, working keyboard with an amazing ability to control 3 different devices and swap seamlessly between them. Couldn't recommend this more highly!

Great wireless keyboard mouse combo – Just got this recently. So far so good. Set up was quick and work straight out of the box. Typing on the key board has a good feel and quite so it's very good for people that may need to use this in the bedroom. The mouse feel very good in hand also. The only issue I have is the keyboard lay out seem very tight and may need sometime to get use to.

Smooth keyboard and mouse, but pricey – Nice palm rest, but may be hard to clean as it has a layer of fabric. Well designed curved keyboard. The ctrl key on the left is a little small to do copy and pasting of text/images.

A bit overpriced, some quirks, but generally pretty good – I have been using the keyboard for the past month or two. The key layout is not too bad, the keyboard is subtly curved upwards in the middle, keys respond well, and it is mostly quite nice to use. There are just a few items of feedback I have: Positive: - It has a few nice features such as long battery life and connectivity with up to 3… Read more

devices.

- It's designed as both a Mac and Windows keyboard, and keys are labelled for both so it can appeal to a range of users.

- wrist rest is comfortable, and keyboard height and slope is good

- M720 mouse that comes bundles is nice, comfortable and functional

Negative:

- The left Fn key is poorly placed. In fact, it shouldn't be there. There's a honking big one on the right, why squish a little one in on the left as well? I'm constantly hitting that when I mean to hit either Ctrl or Win/Opt.

- Keys are a bit mushy and have a bit more spring than I like

- Wrist rest is an extremely effective dust magnet, and hard to clean
