After 18 months of use it started giving me problems. Battery wouldn't take a full charge, only charge to about 55%. Also when using the scroll wheel the mouse "crash"and would be completely unresonsive for 2-5 seconds. Unfortunatery this product only has 12 months warranty. But for this price tag I was expecting better support. Not happy.
Purchased in at eBay for $115.
So back in November 2023 I bought the Logitech MX mouse and Keyboard combo $305.00 After about 3 months I had a sticky key problem with the keyboard - I took it back to JB Hi Fi and they replaced the keyboard. Now 2 years later the left button on the MX 3S mouse has failed...no warranty now so as a stop gap I swapped the left button's function to the right button - it was really easy. Now I'm waiting for the new MX 4 mouse to arrive. So four stars because the mouse has failed after only two years
Complete rubbish, paid $165 from Officeworks and the buttons failed literally just out of the warranty period. No more logitech for me.

MX Master Disaster – This review is to the not so smart over rated and over paid people at Logitech, mouth closed and ears open please. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I enjoyed the MX Master 2 for about 3-4 years until the battery started to lose charge in half the time it should. So, I thought this is a good time as any to upgrade to the MX Master 3S. Why didn't I just buy another version 2 you might say? Well, I thought if MX Master 2 was so good MX Master 3S must be fantastic right!
Well sadly this is not true and like all companies today they like changing things that work.
Be it because of boredom or really believing their doing something for the better, they turn something that was great into something that is really really bad.
Why Logitech! If your so bored and like nice new shiny things, why don't you just go for a wander through those fancy department stores with your over rated pay cheques and leave everything "that works" alone.
I'm not going into great detail about what’s wrong with the MX Master 3S but tracking lag, jittery, connection and interference all come into the equation. If you do a search about MX Master 3S lag & jitter you'll see many people surprised and disappointed with this mouse.
With a price tag of AU$160+ this will end my relationship with Logitech products and I hope this feedback with stop others from wasting good money on trash.
Trust me a good AU$35 mouse will give you so much more pleasure than this MX Master disaster.
