Cramped key layout, noisy – I'm not very happy with this keyboard, although given its price tag I can't really say I'm disappointed. I spend most of my time working on laptops, and primarily a 12.4" X200. As such, I have a preference for quiet keys with short travel distance. The keys on the Ultra-Flat are very noisy, and as I work in shared spaces (home office, and shared… Read more

office at university), my colleagues/partner would be infuriated by the clickety-clack. Keyboard layout feels very cramped, even though I'm used to a smaller laptop, and I find it especially hard to feel for the arrow keys, which have no extra space around them, nor a unique shape that would help a typist find them. The Home, End, Delete, Page Up and Page Down keys are also in strange places considering the frequency with which many people use them for navigating around code/documents. I just bought this keyboard today, so admittedly certain things might become more bearable with time, but I don't think I (nor those around me) can bear to give them that time. I think I might give the Logitech Illuminated wired keyboard a shot, despite the leap in cost. Price tag. Key layout very cramped, leading to mis-hits of keys, especially arrow keys. Very noisy keys.

OK – Some people like long travel keyboards, I particularly don't. Because I have to swap between laptops and desktops I need consistency of key feel. This keyboard did not give that although the name flat keyboard suggests that. After using it for a minute I returned it and swapped for Logitech's Illuminated keyboard. My disappointment was probably… Read more

more because of my expectations and less because of its inherent quality or lack thereof. Nevertheless because of the very tight package and compromised keys I would not recommend. Cheap, compact Not really what I expected, I was hoping for a laptop style key activation, numercial keypad squeezed in with the rest of the keys so its harder to use them. Long travel and clacky keys

Excellent – Very stylish, simple looking keyboard. Very simple to use. I have experienced no problems so far and have had for more than 12 months. Would recommend. Very slick, shiny black, easy to clean keyboard. It has a numerical pad, and has small lights up the top for Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll lock, but they are hidden and look very stylish. It is a… Read more

minimal looking keyboard. It is not cordless but the cord is located in a convenient position. It also has little legs if you want to lift the keyboard up on an angle. Nothing - I love it.

Good – The Logitech Ultra-Flat keyboard is a beautifully designed keyboard and lovely to type on. The glossy black finish looks very stylish and would compliment any office or workspace. It is easy to set up and doesn't require any additional software. Despite being compact, it still has a full sized keyboard with numeric keypad. I found it responsive… Read more

and comfortable to use for all purposes including gaming and typing. It's a good offering from Logitech and a good choice for people looking for a stylish, compact keyboard that is pretty good value for money as well. Beautiful low profile design, glossy black finish, compact Would be more useful if it had a USB interface and a couple of USB ports

OK – Overall a neat little keyboard approx 50mm smaller than your standard 104 keyboard. Keys are quite nice to type with, but you can tell the build quality is lower than keyboards in higher price brackets. I found the arrow keys especially hard to get used to as they are integrated into the other keys on the keyboard as opposed to having their own… Read more

little space as with normal keyboards. Make sure you have adequate lighting as the black keys make it difficult to read the characters in low light environments (beige keys with black characters seems to have a better contrast than black keys and white characters). There are probably better compact keyboards on the market, but for the price this unit can, in most circumstances, do the job adequately. Good for cramped locations, full function keyboard including keypad, low profile, gloss black finish compliments many modern LCD monitors, cheaper price bracket Key locations take time to get used to, visibility poor in darker environments

Excellent – Sleek Stylish keyboard which is space saving, helps having these as the sound produced by fast typing is a bit lower than my old keyboard, pretty pleased since I have purchased this keyboard. Nice look, good feel, fairly sleek, good quality and works very well. Takes time getting used to it.

Good – I had a ordinary/entry grade logitech keyboard (black in colour, cant remember the model) and the keys were so hard to press, and sometimes they get stuck when they are pressed.Waste of money. This keyboard is so much better. It's so much quiet to use and the space between 'not pressing' and 'pressing' the keys down are shorter in height - that… Read more

might explain why it's quiet than the ordinary keyboards.

The glossy finish gives it a really nice touch. ( i have yet to strip away the protective plastic !) Soft and quiet keypads.

Looks thinner than standard keyboards. Giving it a very 'compact' look. Price. It cost much more than a standard keyboard.

OK – The keyboard looks good and feels good to the touch even if the keys are a little slippery and spaced too tight (much the same as for laptop keyboards) which can cause you to have some typos. The reflective black color can also cause problems depending on where he light or sun is due to its reflective nature and its glare effect. Its lightweigt… Read more

but feels sturdy at the same time. Te cord used to attatch to the pc is too short in my opinion, especially if your PS@ port is at the rear of your pc as mine is, which means you cannot move the keyboard arround from right infront of you, if you ever need to. Inexpensive. Keys are a little slippery and too close together.

OK – I have had this keyboard for a year or so know & quite like it. Its design is similar to that of a notebooks keyboard as far as the layout is concerned. Whilst the keys generally feel good, they are a little too close for me, which can lead to typos. Looks great. Feels good to use. Well priced. Keyboard key are too close.
