Logitech C930e Business Webcam

OK video, terrible microphone, broke after 11 months, warranty not honored – Bought this camera in March 2020 to use a work from home camera. Straight off people started complaining that my microphone had gotten worse. I ended up solving it by switching back to my computer microphone. The video quality is OK. However the camera only lasted 11 months. When trying to file a warranty claim it was refused because the serial number had worn off the tag. The 3 year "business warranty" here is complete bogus. There are other ways to get the serial number off the camera but they aren't having it. Save your money and buy yourself a cheaper camera and microphone that work.
