LUTV poor streaming amd replays and customer service – I live In Australia and pay a subscription for Leeds united live streaming with the Leeds united app to watch either the Leeds united live games or full replays of the full matches played . I have had issues with buffering during the live games and commentary out of synch to the game . I have emailed them on many occasions and they try and blame my home internet despite never having issues with Netflix and gaming etc . The latest issue is the replay of the Leeds full match the Leeds v stoke game , the replay should be shown on the LUTV website within 48 hours of the game . I avoid the result and even after 60 hours the game is not available to watch. Again i email them and just get the same generic cut and paste reply , it never gets resolved and never an apology . They are more than happy to take my money but their customer service is shocking. I am on social media sites and many more Leeds fans vent the same issues.
