Best customer service and excellent product – I purchased the deluxe vacuum sealer a few weeks ago, it is very easy to use and yields an excellent result with meat products (that is all I have used so far but will branch out to other foods eventually). The machine seal arm is very easy to use, the sealing process was quick and I managed to seal about 25 bags quite quickly. These are all tucked away in the freezer for future meals. Customer service has been second to none, this was my main motivation to order from Luvele. Before I purchased I had some questions and got a prompt and helpful reply from the company which inspired me to buy. The videos on the site as well as the very clear and user friendly manual meant I was able to use the machine immediately and successfully. I would highly recommend this product for vacuum sealing, it has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Thanks to Joe from Luvele for answering all my questions and for providing an excellent product!

Amended to five stars for the great customer service and follow up – Not entirely happy, the auto function doesn't work. The foam seals are new (first time use), but as suggested, also flipped them over, still the same issue. It will start the vacuum process, get to 3/4 of the way and unlock. Follow up and amendment. Amending this review back to five stars for the great customer response and follow up. The problem was identified as an out of spec silicon seal, which the company replaced with a new one at not cost to me by mailing me a new one. I replaced the silicon seal, re-tested the machine and it worked perfectly thereafter. They even supplied me with some extra rolls as a courtesy and for any inconvenience caused. Rare to find customer service like this in this day and age. A great company to deal with, recommended.

to last two weeks. It saves us loads of money not having to buy food all the time, and tonnes of time not having to cook everything from scratch every night. When we are not travelling, we are busy working and there is nothing better than coming home to a homemade meal that’s ready to go in minutes. We vac seal everything flat and to thaw we either get the meal out and pop in the fridge the night before or just put the bag in a little cold water in the sink and it thaws in no time. Currently I have about 30 different meals in my freezer and 90% of them are vac sealed.
We have owned MANY different vac sealers over the years, and our vac sealers definitely get a workout in my kitchen! We bought the Luvele Deluxe Pro 2 years ago and seriously; this unit has never skipped a beat and is an absolute work horse! We’ve never had a failed seal, we’ve never had a single issue with the unit itself, and the food comes out looking and tasting as fresh as it was when it went in. Recently, I’ve become a dedicated gardener who is working towards becoming self-sufficient with food. This means I now dehydrate or freeze, and vac seal my bulk herbs and vegies. We have a huge volume of vac sealed items in our house at any time now. The Luvele Deluxe Pro has been an absolute game changer. The handle alone is one of the reasons why I will never NOT have one of these in my home. If you’ve only ever owned the push down style, you are going to love this feature so much! It handles soups and saucy foods no problem with the wet ingredient and manual pulse and seal functions, and the fact that it double seals means we have complete confidence that it will never leak in our freezer. I have now bought the Deluxe Pro for both of my children who work full time, who are now enjoying the convenience and cost savings that this vac sealer brings to them. I highly recommend the Luvele Deluxe Pro to anyone who is looking for a great vac sealer that will handle large volumes and any type of food product.

you open it to load it. Meaning there’s no light when loading bags (defeats its purpose) and it’s bloody annoying.
Secondly, it’s big. Very big and a headache for bench storage
Thirdly, i was unable to successfully remove all air inside bags when I tried on its automatic selection. I’ve only managed to master this manually.
Fourth thing I found to be a negative is the lock handle. It’s plastic and (although other reviewers say they’ve had theirs up to 3 years and still goes strong) I guess the handle will one day cause me issues (if it gets dropped especially it would have to be the first casualty and or reason for a new one? (Update in 2025 the plastic handle has not yet been damaged still going strong)
Five, unit must be open to use the cutter (that isn’t really necessarily a great thing when preparing say 100 bags!
Six. It has a limit for bag width of 280mm (that is less than or smaller than my last cheap Big W option
Seven, I did read a review specifying it has a disappointing roll size limit (I am yet to discover myself as I buy pre cut & rarely use rolls unless I’m out of bags. I thought I’d mention this though as it is surprising considering it’s size.
The plus for me is it has a hose fitting option for moist sealing situated at the controls (makes you actually want to use it)
Although * when you attach the draining hose, the opening trap to load or cut bags, sealing etc the fouls on the trap opening and with hose attached using moist setting there is no liquid buildup but also there’s no hint of any liquid seen travelling through the clear hose which is strange (maybe the hose is solely designed for containers?) Yet, without using the hose for moist (say) cooked wet pumpkin (for instance) strangely there is a lot of liquid buildup (so under- known where all that liquid ends up when the hose is plugged in
Possibly the biggest plus is the double sealer (that is by far the standout reason I purchased this) because BigW option (my old vac sealer) failed miserably with its single sealer strip. (Bags would lose its seal. But apart from its classy looks (and what I’ve noted above) theres not much different (functional wise) OR there’s no REAL wow factor in its function compared to a cheap BigW /ebay options. Although the air pump sounds a lot different (is better) like a small compressor type sound
In summary, it is better than anything I’ve tried in the past (first model I had was $20 eBay option and other was Big W. Both lasted 6months)
In all (weighing things up) it’s worth paying the 309.00 for this because you’ll be lucky if cheap nasties that last more than six months
Buying with warranty helps but for reliability it has to be this in comparison OR a commercial grade type product.
My advice is Don’t waste your time with eBay cheap options if your after long term reliability I hope this Luvele pulls me through long term (wait n see)
UPDATE in 2025 is still performing very well

Great quality and easy to use – This is by far the best vacuum sealer I've owned, powerful and easy to use. The double seal does a fantastic job and has never failed. My only complaint is that the Luvele badge isn't put on straight. I'm a bit OCD and things like this really annoy me once I notice them, and it shouldn't happen with such a good quality and expensive appliance. Disappointing as everything else is perfect.

performs with moist foods is way better than they would like to admit ... not to raise ur expectations ... it works surprisingly so well!!! These must've been made by perfectionists. I found a trick to making a single seal, I like to use a single seal for 1 bag end. Just use the manual seal button n then as soon as the 4th Loading light flashes, open the lid n you will have an excellent seal. This device also works really great with quantities as it even seals much quicker from 13 secs for a single seal to (3 Secs)...! that was within about the first 5 consequence seals. It's because of how Seal heat sinks warm up.

I've been very happy with the vacuum sealer and how easy it is to use although I've encountered one minor issue when storing it. The sealer can be stored in an upright position (which I need to do) but if I try to carry the sealer by the handle when the handle is in the 'Store' position the sealer falls open.
To solve this problem I use a small strap that fits around the sealer - I can now carry the sealer safely by the handle without having to worry about it falling open and the strap is loose enough that it doesn't compress the foam seal/gasket (ie, the same as when the handle is in the 'Store' position).

No wastage – Ok I've had this a year now. Is brilliant I was worried about plastic wastage, but I use less than using freezer bags. I cut a roll down the the centre and make smaller bags for us, as there are only 2 in the house. The bags are washable and reusable until to small to seal. I purchased it a roll of each size Light weight, and has a port for containers of you purchase separately. Can buy bulk dry products and seal as well. I've had lamb in the freezer for 8 months no freezer burn and tastes great. I freeze meals and defrost in a water bath they come out as fresh s when first cooked, even lasagne! Machine is simple to use but I seem to have a problem with the top seal not sure why. I clean it and store in store position, so I have a set handy for when I get another whole sheep. It has led lights so you can see the chamber in case liquid is getting in there. It's easy to clean if there is. Make sure you store your unit in the store position not fully closed so you don't flatten your seal if left sitting for ages. However if it does you can order a replacement cheap from them. (I did this so I have a spare one as I want this to last several yrs)
Can't wait to get the canasters! Will be perfect for storing garlic, or tomato paste in the freezer as can keep sealing it after taking a few when cooking!

you can just unseal cheese, cabanossi, carrot and celery sticks and off you go. Machine itself is extremely easy to use, the pulse function is great for fruit and home made cooked food you don't want squished.

STILL BRILLIANT AFTER MORE THAN 3 YEARS – I pre-ordered the Deluxe Pro at launch back in August 2018 and I was on their website about to order some more bag rolls when I thought I'd leave a review. did with it, but then I began buying meat in larger quantities and breaking it down into meal-sized portions and freezing it. The bags can be labelled with a Sharpie, so I put the weight, food type and date on the bag and freeze it. This was great as it was, but then I did a bit of research and discovered that I could cook the food sous vide directly from frozen by adding 30 minutes to the gazetted cooking time, Also great. But, and this is a game changer, you can defrost vacuum sealed stuff directly in the sous-vide machine by fillling the sous vide bath with cold tap water, setting the temperature to 0°C (32°F) (so that the water doesn't heat up, just circulates) and, in 30 minutes or so, you have a beautfully defrosted chicken breast or whatever that you can cook any way you want. Obviously you need to cook it immediately (to avoid having the meat in the temperature "danger zone" for long) but it has completely changed the way I do meal prep, and I couldn't have done it without this very reliable machine. Thoroughly recommend it.

prerequisite for this cooking method. I purchased this in December 2020 & I have had no problems or concerns with the sealer. It's extremely easy to use, there is no mess & with the 'twin seal' strips that the PRO sealer model gives, never any leakage or bursting when freezing or using in the sous-vide. I can highly recommend this product & I feel secure that in the event a problem or query occurred, I would have the support of a local company to help me. Judging by the build quality of this machine I'm anticipating I'll only need their help for the supply of the bag rolls. On that note this sealer can handle 28cm width rolls. In this illustration I'm using 22cm. I'll detail below the simple steps to packaging a couple of chicken thighs which I did along with a heap of other meats & fish this morning. In order of pics...the unit (well made, light weight & easy to store)...pull the bag roll out to required length (built in cutter is very handy)...the sturdy 2 bar seal the PRO makes...chicken placed in bag...unsealed bag end placed in sealer...simple control panel (I chose wet ingredients & auto vacuum. You can manually pulse to create the amount of vacuum you require if if you have delicate contents)...vacuuming process also automatically seals the top in the same process)...your package with room to label.....& finally a shot of one of the draws in my freezer where can really optimise space using this process.
