Luxabelle Hair Extensions

If I could give a zero I would. The clip ins are thin and unsuitable for anyone who has even low - medium density hair. They are not as advertised. I had the 8 piece clip in fitted by a professional hairdresser who was mortified at how terrible the quality and look of the product was. The photograph speaks for itself.

29th of may when i was next working in the salon and send the photo of the broken clip and told them it was my first wear and wondering if they could send me out a new clip or a new row. I didn’t hear back from them after a week so sent them a follow up message on the 1st of june, didn’t hear back again and then send another on the 5th and also tried to contact them on instagram. still no response at all. also got the salon to contact them and didn’t get a reply. very disappointed, and horrible customer service.

Beautiful once arrived but used a semi direct dye and it voided my warranty even though the website says semi direct dyes are safe to use and their hair is able to be coloured. you aren’t altering the colour and be aware that regardless of Luxabelle saying they can be coloured and the result, the warranty is void and they will not take responsibility for what happens. I would have preferred to read on their website that it wasn’t safe to colour them than to go through this experience and waste so much money.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ve been using Luxabella hair for 7 months and my extensions have been great. switching to nano beads. The quality of the hair has been reliable, soft, and long-lasting.

The only downside I’d mention is the tape, which for me wasn’t the best — but that’s an easy fix. I just ordered different tape and problem solved. Other than that, I’ve been really happy overall.

If you care for your extensions properly and understand they’re not maintenance-free, I think Luxabella is great value and definitely worth it

it, I wash it with just conditioner every 2-3 wears so it doesn’t get yucky and hardly any of it falls out, infact more hair falls from my head when I brush then this pony tail!! Colour was a match (it’s easy to match dark browns).. I was so pleased I just spent $220 on an 8 piece set of 26 inch chocolate brown clip ins, and trust me I don’t just throw away money for nothing! and they are nice and soft, I ordered the 24 inch weft in honey blonde, they arnt the same thickness from top to bottom, but I don’t mind this to much as honestly no natural hair is.

For the price. These are great, I had no problems with customer service at all.

I think many of these reviews are biased and have been unfairly written.

when you compare it with my other ones it’s clearly not long enough. Colour didn’t match but it was probably my fault:)) It’s really good quality and LOTS OF HAIR! So whoever wants just volume up your natural hair I really do recommend it! Unfortunately for me length was disappointing.

But girls these all BAD REVIEWS can really get in your head.. go ahead and try it! $300 is really good price:)

reinstalled by a professional salon and it’s clear your item is faulty. I will be taking legal action against Luxabelle. Don’t waste your money. Their items are faulty and won’t last you at all. Please go elsewhere don’t buy from them

compensation due to requiring paying my hairdresser to colour them and also risking them being damaged from colouring them,

they insisted on only providing me with the offer to return them At my own cost without any resolution for the issue at current leaving me without my extensions for my install in 2 days for my BIRTHDAY

I asked for a partial refund or credit for my next purchase to help but they also refused either request

screenshot of the tracking I had which stated while they had created the label, they hadn’t even given the parcel to Aus post yet so they needed to chase up their own people. Never heard back. Put claim in and it had a different label made the next day. They showed up a week later and I’ve had them in for two days, they are so frizzy and can not hold and styling at all and I still haven’t received my roll of tape. I’ve emailed about the missing roll of tape and I’ve had no response. DO NOT waste your money. I wish I had of read the reviews before buying. Looks like the company has gone down hill in the last year.

Update - took the extension out after a week. They definitely have synthetic hair mixed in with real hair. Felt like fishing wire, and was not jet black, there was red bits mixed in.

Wasted $400. DO NOT BUY! I still have not received my roll of tape.

it was real human hair so I went ahead with the purchase.

When they arrived, I immediately noticed how rough and synthetic they felt very unlike any of the real human hair extensions I’ve bought before (and I’ve used many over the years). Still, I stayed optimistic and clipped them in, cut them to the same length as my own hair for a nicer blend, and honestly loved how they looked at first so i took photos because i was happy.

But then I noticed a weird chemical smell, so I washed them. That’s when I really started to doubt the quality they felt nothing like human hair when wet. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt, I applied heat protectant and blow-dried on a medium setting… and one of the wefts melted at the ends.

That was the final straw. No real human hair melts like that. These are clearly fake or synthetic fibers being sold as human hair. I feel completely misled and honestly scammed. I don't know how they get off doing this to people, they should be held accountable, its theft and criminal behaviour, legal action must be taken.

Just wanted to put this out there so no one else wastes their money. Be careful who you buy from.

(Luxabelle refuses to refund, try's to gas light and makes it out to be your own fault, they will try to blame the products you used etc. I use salon grade products specifically designed for human hair extensions, I use them on all my human hair extensions and I blow dried on a safe heat with protection as I do with all my extensions from other companies. The hair from Luxabelle is literally plastic and I can 100% confirm this.)

*update* I put in a claim with my bank and they investigated the situation, upon finding luxabelle guilty my bank has now refunded me the money Luxabelle stole from me.
