Excellent – The best macpac rucksac. Choose Macpac for carrying extreme loads over any distance. The best rucksack I've ever owned. Also consider the Ascent XPD Absolutely bombproof. Basically; if you are carrying the heaviest loads over long distances this is the best rucksack by far. The quantum system really does work. Its clean and simple design will appeal to Alpinists when climbing - interrupts with the back of your helmet when looking up. It is also quite heavy
