While Mad Muscles offers a solid starting point for weight loss, its meal plan lacks versatility for those with specific dietary needs. Options for vegetarian, low-carb, or high-protein lifestyles are quite limited. I found myself frequently adapting the meals to better suit my preferences, which reduced the overall convenience. With more customization options, it would be far more practical and appealing.

Highly dodgy billing. Start with a trial and then meal plans and personal trainers are added on. I was charged 2 payments totalling over USD 140 a month. Cancelled subscription and they keep taking out money. Very difficult to get a refund. They just keep asking for more info saying they can’t find payment details. The concept is good but the operation lacks ethics.

Be Aware, Be Very Aware. MadMuscles is a SCAM program with false and misleading comments on their web page. Their advertising is misleading and scurrilous and their so called Refund Policy does not hold water. They suck you in with a small joining fee and don't explain the exorbitant monthly fee and with no recourse to a refund.

After using the app for some time, it seems stable and reliable. The main functions work as expected, and workouts are easy to access whenever you want to train. It’s a straightforward fitness tool.

If you want to throw your money in the bin for a fake product which promises to give you detailed workout plans, recipes and the world get ready to receive none of that! Instead you will be given some stock exercises that don’t match what you selected, and if you want more oh pay us more money, want recipes that we promised as part of sign up then pay more money. The entire product is a complete scam.

Initially the exercises were not demanding and I believed that perhaps it is insufficient. Some time they were made harder in the natural manner. I liked the fact that it was not in a hurry or a rush.

I did not find this app useful, and I was not aware that Paypal would deduct money from my account. I unsubscribed from MadMuscles. On the day MadMuscles took my 2nd payment, I contacted them requesting them to refund as I had not used the app. They refused. Very poor.

The food plan turned out to be a huge plus. Simple meals, normal ingredients, no complicated cooking. I prep for a couple of days and don’t stress about food during workdays anymore.

I spend the majority of time at work and I am not energetic to take long sessions. These exercises do not strain my schedule. I can do them at home and do not require additional equipment and this makes it easier to continue.

Usually I stop using fitness apps very quickly, but this one didn’t feel heavy. Workouts are not too long and I don’t need to think much before starting. I just open it and do whatever is there for the day.

I mostly work out at home, so I liked that I didn’t need special equipment. The routines fit easily into my daily schedule without feeling rushed.

I did not anticipate much at the beginning but the regularity has been a true difference. The exercises are simple and simple to handle. It was pleasant to have something that I can fit into my schedule rather than have to rearrange everything to ensure that I can be active.

I have been using it a few weeks and I enjoy this simplicity. The exercises do not last long yet they make me feel like I have achieved something and more energized to continue with the rest of my day.

Tricked when signing up for $10.99 trial plan. Checked my account while payment still pending to find two subscriptions the one I wanted and a second for $49.95 with recurring billing set up monthly!! Immediately contacted them to delete and refund it but they didn't get back for 24 hrs so the payment went through. Tried over and over to get the… Read more

refund with no success til eventually went to PayPal and still no success. Offered me extensions free and 50% refund but I refused as still had the trial subscription as well. Finally after 3 weeks said would refund me ( I had deleted recurring billing and the subscription and never opened either one) they cancelled the $10.99 one but no refund til I took that to Pay Pal as well and they paid up but not with the dearer one, kept stalling and saying it was PayPals fault and they said it was madmuscle fault. Finally put it up again as refund offered but not received and still waiting. Many reviews say have had same issue and no refund so next step bank dispute and reported to scamwatch. The $ are US and conversion rate was almost $80 per month but I am a pensioner so cannot afford that.

Extremely dishonest billing. I wanted to try the app for one week, and was charged accordingly. Nowhere did I see a recuring subscription charge. I have Parkinsons and wanted to see if this would suit. A week later I have been charged $69 AUS for something I cannot use. This is taking advantage of vulnerable customers in the hope that the charges… Read more

wont be spotted. I simply cannot afford an unauthorised charge like this. Why would anyone choose a 1 week subscription and then pay a highly inflated fee for a renewal? Why wouldnt a customer just choose the longer subscription offer at a highly discounted rate, at the original checkout. They know why, its because they're more interested in ripping people off than helping them. I'm now in an endless support email loop with S*****, who is offering me extended free subscriptions. I dont want to have to deal with a company that is so blatantly dis-honest. I just want my money back for an app I dont want or can use

When joining mad muscles i accidentally paid for nutrition and coach extras which was easily done without meaning to. I emailed support and i was surprised at how quickly and easily I got a refund. It was about 11.00pm Australian time. The money was back in my account the next day. As far as the app goes it is well laid out with clear directions… Read more

I have been using it a long time and like that I can keep track of my progress. It makes me realize the impact of minor changes in the long run.

I also prefer that I could decide the length of my workouts in either shorter or longer days. It also simplifies the process of remaining in the exercise without feeling the need to dedicate hours every time.

I have only been doing it about a month now, and I was in fact able to stick with it unlike I usually do. The structure helps a lot. I do not need to think about the next step that I have to take, and that tiny piece of advice has made me not drop out even on bad days.

I subscribed to a package of 7 minutes per day exercises for $10.99. I was then offered a "bonus". When I clicked on it to find out what it comprised of, it was for a personal trainer and 1 hour per day exercises for an ongoing $49.95 per year. I did not accept but was still charged. I'm still trying to get a refund to no avail.

Work was stressing me out, so I started every day with a yoga session from madmuscle. My mood, focus, and sleep all improved — didn’t expect fitness to help this much mentally!
