Marinex bowl shatters! – I purchased a set of 4 small Marinex bowls last week to use in microwave oven. Last night I was reheating warm corn. Put the microwave on high for 40 seconds and within a few seconds I heard a loud explosion, which was my new bowl shattering into a thousand pieces. I was not impressed! I have never had a problem with Corningware. It shattered.
