Didn’t work from the get go. Had to take it somewhere to get repaired and I get it back in 3 days. Wheel not on properly and the blade was set… Read more

incorrectly as it is touching the outer shell of it so the blade cant spin around (cheap manufacturing gone wrong). Pretty annoying because I have to cut my grass immediately as brown snakes are hanging out in my lawn. And you pay $350 to then have to put it together yourself with instructions that are not very clear and also inaccurate (there’s actually a YouTube video about how bad the instructions are). Massive time waster!

Follow-up  · I gave $50 to the kind man who spent more than 2 hours fixing it (even though he didn’t ask for it) and he reported that the Masport brand sold out to a company that makes them in China at a lesser quality, which is why it wasn’t set properly. Now that it’s fixed it works well. This product still gets one star because no one should have to go through this torment when purchasing a new product.

Follow-up  · Roller on the back came apart after 1 month and cant find the large screw in the lawn that still appears long because it only cuts grass not those weeds with the cat-like tails on the ends on them. Need to go by a thick screw now to fix it. Such an annoying product

My yard is a little bumpy (weeds and uneven ground) which it has trouble with, however cuts quite well on fairly even surfaces. Could definitely see the advantage of a power… Read more

driven reel mower as it takes a fair effort to push through the grass.

Haven't used the flimsy catcher; the grass flies everywhere anyway so don't see the point.
