Long term daily user of Maxwell & Williams Madison Cutlery – In 2007 I bought an eight-place setting of Maxwell & Williams Madison Cutlery to use as an everyday set. Over time I have added to it as I found it to be a good quality set, first I moved up to 12 place setting. Recently (July 2024) I decided to upgrade to 16 place settings and purchased loose pieces from Myer. After seventeen years of daily use… Read more

and being washed in the dishwasher the only difference between the pieces is that the new ones are highly polished whilst the older pieces looked like brushed stainless steel with a matte finish. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this cutlery.

Absolute Rubbish – I bought the 58 piece a few years ago and the set was terrible. Pieces were always washed by hand as I do not own a dishwasher. They were washed in hot soapy water and rinsed in hot water and immediately dried. The set got replaced in May 2019 as many of the utensils were dull and looked terrible. The set was said to be faulty and it got… Read more

replaced. Well the same thing started happening again this year. I will now have to contact Maxwell and Williams and see what they will do. I am not interested in a replacement this time as I have purchased a new set from another company. Save your money!!!!! I want a refund.

They are stained and oxidized! – I've got my Maxwell & williams 58 piece set for more than 2 years now. I'm disappointed the way they are oxidized and stained in the first year and I should go with it cause I’ve spent $270. I wanted to return the product as soon as I took it home and opened the box but they said you’ve got warranty and you can swap them whenever you want. I’ve changed the faulty ones and Well it's waste of time cause it happens again.  Show details

Attractive & Practical Cutlery Set - A Joy to Use – Bought 58 piece set for $270. Sturdy pieces well designed to fit in hand and mouth. Proper soup spoons, unlike many sets. Extra pieces available on DJ's site. Thank you Warren24...

Fantastic cutlery set – Have owned and used a 40 piece set for 6 years and the polished stainless still looks like new. Unlike many set this is sturdy with good sized knifes, forks, spoons and teas spoons. The knives are perfectly serrated and will actually cut a ripe tomato (with a little care). When you can usually get them at 40% off at Myer or DJs it is a great buy Strong, large size
