My Medusa hair extensions have all snapped and broken after 6 weeks of use. Using only upmost care , minimal washing and using expensive salon products for hair extensions and heat protection. Very very disappointing and looks absolutely awful! Your extensions are over treated by you and sold to customers unbeknownst to the over processing you use to make them look pretty in packaging . I dont recommend these products at all!!

OMG, do not buy these. Why did I not take heed of the other bad reviews. The clips are bulky and the hair is unbelievably THIN. You would need to clip 3 rows in to even see a minor difference and those clips are awful. They are cheaper but sometimes I forget -you don't get something for nothing- as the saying goes. Straight in the bin & back to my usual brand! Show details

POOR HAIR QUALITY ONLY LASTED A FEW WEEKS – Only lasted a few weeks. When I sent an email to outline what had happened, Medusa said ITS USUAL TO ONLY GET 6 WEEKS WEAR FROM THEIR EXTENSIONS!!!! I was really happy with the initial service. Loved the look, feel and the colour. Really prompt service, and they happily gave me 20 inch instead of 16 because they didn’t have them in stock. BUT…..… Read more

after having them installed within only a few weeks they became ridiculously dry and brittle, they would break when I touched them and would bunch up when I moved. The ends looked disgusting and singed. I have had to cut the ends twice now to make them look half decent, I had just cut them in pics provided. I have had extensions in for 5 years and always take good care of them, using proper extension hair care products and they have always lasted me 8-12 months. This did happen from a previous company that I had used for years. The difference being they gave me a full refund and openly told me that the quality of the hair they were being sent from their supplier had declined drastically. When I described what had happened they were honest and told me it was a problem with the cuticle and not at all acceptable quality. This was not the response I got from Medusa. I was willing to give them another go with the hopes that I had received a bad batch, but was not willing to pay anlmost another $400 after a few weeks. I have let all my friends know as I had originally recommended them! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Is all I can say is BEWARE unless your happy to buy new extensions monthly!

Horrible – I've been wearing hair extensions for about 5+ years now and I get my hair washed by a hairdresser so care is always taken when I have extensions in. I always wore tape extensions before from another seller and never had any problems with them. I decided to give wefts a go. I googled long and hard to find a reputable company and judging by the… Read more

site they looked really good.... I purchased them and by the time I had my second pull up my hairdresser said they were natting quite badly and for me to contact the seller to which I did. I was told they only last for around 3 months... 3 months???? I paid well over $600 for something that only lasted less than 3 months. Very disappointing and certainly won't be purchasing from Medusa again. I have now found another company who sell good quality extensions that'll last me longer than 3 months.

Terrible decision to purchase from them – This is by far the worst purchase of hair I’ve ever made . Not only when my extensions four weeks late with absolutely no contact by the company. I had to do all the chasing then they chose not to give me a tracking number until I asked for it and now my extensions have arrived and they are the wrong colour. The owner has just stated that she will… Read more

send me a return slip via email but gave me no explanation on why they are the wrong colour and in fact didn’t respond to the question at all. I paid $390 for the thickest Gram Hair Ext only to have this absolute crap sent to me. What a waste of my time and money. This company is terrible. Do not buy anything from them.

Worst extensions I've had put in – Worst hair extensions I have ever purchased. They dried out after first wash. I won't be getting these retaped so they are a complete waste of money. The ends are so dry and split ended as if the hair isn't real. So disappointed for the price. They also don't do exchanges so I had to pay for postage to return lost the postage on the wrong colour… Read more

ones and had to repurchase and wait for a refund. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have tried everything to try and improve the texture and nothing has worked. Left leaving my hair in a bun as it's embarrassing They look so bad.

Waste of money – Nice for the first 2 weeks The colour of these extensions are nice however they are very bad quality. I am unsure if i received a bad batch. They were nice at the start but started getting knotty and matted after i washed them. I use good expensive products and have never had an issue before. Its a shame and waste of money :(

Dishonest company, false advertising, wrong colours – Like a few reviews I've just read now, I never got a refund despite sending the product back (within the 1 month return policy time). I bought a clip in fringe 'honey blonde' colour. However, it was a strawberry colour with a pinkish undertone and def not honey blonde. I asked for an exchange for either the right colour fringe or a refund. Sent… Read more

the product back but they claimed they never received my return in the post (hmmm interesting, same as previous reviews). I don't believe them one bit. Don't buy from Medusa.

The worst!!! – They came really quickly, I wish they had been lost in the Mail, honestly.. the beads dont have anything to hold.them in the hair, the hair definetly isnt real, and it had green cotton all through it, the look like dream locks and ill be contacting medusa this week to have my money redunded, or im happy to take them to the tribunal! I'm disgusted at the quality of this product. Do NOT RECOMMEND

Hilariously bad. Why didn't I believe the reviews – Ordered a clip in fringe as ive had a couple of sets from another brand and loved them. They have arrived and I laughed out loud, there's just no way anyone has ever worn them without covering them with a thick headband or something. It baffles the mind the someone actually wrapped it and put it in the mail. You can see the tracks so blatantly… Read more

(sneaky photos on the website don't even show the front of it - never even thought that would be why), it is actually worse quality than the really cheap ebay ones. As I upload the photos, they look better than they do in real life. I'm half shocked half impressed at the audacity of it.

Won’t be going anywhere else! – I have always been addicted to hair extensions because my hair never seems to grow and when it does finally get long, I always do something stupid like go blonde and ruin my hair. I have used a number of hair extensions. Luxabelle is easily by far the WORST I have ever used. The hair feels like plastic. I usually use Zala however, recently I have… Read more

found them to me quite thin and shedding is next level. I brought a set of clip ins 4 months ago that are now unwearable.

I was actually going to go with zala again but it wouldn’t identify my unit number and due to the price, I didn’t want the wrong town house to get my order. So I had a look online and found Medusa who I ordered off of once before years ago.

Well, can I say, fastest shipping ever! We are in lockdown and it came in two days with tracking. Packaging, well… it’s wrapped nice but in a bog plastic sleeve so I panicked! Zala always comes in a nice box with some product samples - well… I opened the sleeve and my god, I am in love. The hair is SO soft!! The clips at the top are think and sturdy and it’s not shedding and is incredibly THICK!!!

I would not recommend these clip ins for thin hair as the band is quite think but as I have thick hair, I like that. I got the 22inch 220g. The colour is slightly darker than I thought but it is the darkest brown that they have before black.

When I read these reviews while waiting for my order, I was worried, not going to lie but honestly, these are some of the best extensions I’ve brought and I personally think they are better than my Zala and luxabelle. Zala are great for thinner hair and bands and the hair quality is fine I just prefer Medusa for think hair.

Luxabelle is crap… don’t waist your money.

Bad quality – I noticed they don't seem like they're %100 human hair like they claim them to be. I have recently coloured my blonde clip-ins and they came out extremely patchy cause some strands of hair didn't take the colour and on their site it says you can colour them. I dont recommend this brand I highly recommend zala hair extensions if you're after some quality extensions that are %100 human hair!

Awful. Not worth it – Bought remy extensions from here, I noticed straight away I had a lot of fall out from them but then got worse I barely have any hair left and they always get super knotty. When I asked customer service about them they said it’s normal for them to only last 3 months. From the photo that is what happened to my hair extensions every time I washed them and customer care told me it’s normal.

Poorest customer service ever! – Purchased hair extensions for a client. Nine days later the extensions still haven’t arrived. Have been told by company that they will refund money when Australia Post finds the lost package. In the meantime I am out of pocket and have an irate customer whose extensions we can’t do. This is atrocious customer service and poor business practice. We will never use them again.

Awful product. But speedy shipping – Super fast shipping so that was nice. I took the clip in extensions out of the packaging and the hair was super soft but frizzy. The hair up at the weft was all stuck together like it had glue in it. I’m not sure that the hair is really remy hair.

Bad Quality – I can see why these were in the clearance section. After only 4 days I'm ready to take them out, the only hair that reacts like this (dry, burnt and frizzy styled on low heat) is synthetic or non Remy hair. This is definitely low quality hair and won't be purchasing from here again!

Terrible product, even worse service – Purchased micro loop hair extensions, when they arrived the loops looked nothing like the image on the site, just plastic like you would get on clothes tags. The colour was also lighter than expected so I had to colour. And the weight of the extensions was less than advertised. I decided to go ahead and put the extensions in and see how they… Read more

looked, unfortunately a few of them slid out during installation, and then in the following days more slid out. On further investigation, the product provided matches a previous version that sold that they were selling at a reduced price that I attempted to buy two weeks prior but when I went through the checkout process it then said there was no stock, even though it said their were 6 available. I contacted the site and they just brushed off my comments, they did offer a refund, but did not offer to cover the cost of postage or the money I also spent to colour and have them installed and cut. BUYER BEWARE - avoid! They are cheap and nasty extensions.
