MGI Zip Navigator Questions & Answers
VerifiedAnyone have buttons pop off remote
I have had my Ai Navigator AT for about 2 years and the front wheels are like shopping trolley wheels that constantly rattle and wobble annoying me and my playing partners while on firmer surfaces and tight cut grass when at speed. Apparently there is nothing that can be done which I find astounding considering the AUD$2,500 price tag. Seriously considering moving to another brand
Hi, my Zip Nav. when pressing reverse button spins and won't go straight in reverse
How do I put a golf course into my navigator
Sorry Kerry, No idea. I didn't know it had golf courses on it.
My MGI Zip Navigator periodically spontaneously stops. This seems related to the remote. When pressing the right or left turn button, the lock button flashes red. The cart begins to move but stops a few meters afterward. Any ideas how to fix this annoying problem?
Sorry Jks I did not experience what you have. My machine just stopped and went blank.
The axle for one of the wheels will not engage. Did a thorough cleaning and lubrication. But I fear it is on the interior as the right side axle engages and turns fine but not the left. Any thoughts? Ideas for where I can take it to get it fixed? I am in Northern California.
It is most likely the gearbox, I had a similar issue and my trolley was just out of warranty which is very poor and no response from mgi I have a motocaddy at my holiday house for the last 7 years and has not missed a beat

The battery light stays a solid green when charging even after use and the charging light on the remote does not go on when charging. How can I tell if my battery or remote is charging properly?
I guess they are leaving it up to us. It’s red while charging and then green forever until you unplug it, my remote shows flashing green while charging and all green when fully charged.
My wife's new 2024 MGI Zip Navigator has a mind of its own. It does not respond to all commands the same way and will jump around on its own sometimes. I have the GPS version and it does not act the same way, what gives, how do we fix this??
I have MG navigator, and after parking to tee off I restarted the buggy to move to m6 next shot, buggy started going around in circles, one wheel in reverse and one wheel in forward. I couldn't stop manually or with the remote. I had to disengage to battery to stop it. Any thoughts?
Jeffrey A. Have a 2024 Model AT Navigator, one month old. The cart does not stay still completely when parked on an incline (8 degrees or less) it inches forward, and the same movement occurs when parked on downhill incline. Turning the cart perpendicular seems to be a quick fix not a cart operation fix. Thoughts?

My Zip Navigator MGI remote has a mind of its own - fully charged and recently “re” paired. Unit still won’t respond regularly to commands - sometimes righting turn on its own, stopping, etc. DOES respond when you hit the command STOP always. Ideas?

Today my MGI AT could not start after parking it beside the green on three separate occasions. I could not get it to restart but did after 10 minutes or so (just by luck). Is there a trick to apply in the remote or any other helpful suggestion to get it to work straightaway after such an event? It is very frustrating and time consuming. Thanks.
Everything is working well with my 5 month old MGI AT, save for one annoying point. All the remote functions work, save that when I depress the”move right” button it turns right but then the cart immediately jumps back to going straight. If I depress it hard and 2/ 3 times if then moves right but then too aggressively. Any thoughts? Alan H.
Should the battery level indicator be all green when the battery is fully charged? Mine is multiple colors with only 1 bar green.
