Faulty product and poor service – Not a good ptoduct. Received a faulty one which i bought from. Millers online. Frustrating experience to try and return it. The pole does not clamp and stay in place and the cover to keep it in place dies not fit. Will never buy online from Milllers again. Its a sham and very poor service. Show details

Open/close cord broke after 2 weeks now useless – After 2 weeks the rope that is used to open and close the umbrella broke and can't be retrieved as the struts are studded not screwed together. It's now useless

protected corner of the house but it still only needs little wind for it to swing around. I don't know if we haven't clipped it in properly but I hate to have it out on quite a windy day. The price was good and MyDeal's delivery time was excellent. I paid $124.95 incl. free shipping. I have also read in other reviews that the chord has broken. As our umbrella is new I cannot say yet if it will perform well over the long term.
