Absolute Rubbish Quality and poor customer service – Bought Three-Piece ABS Shockproof Milano Luggage Set with Combination Locks. Have used only once. The so called shock proof quality as claimed is extremely misleading. The suitcase cracked, dents in the corner and damaged in just one use. The lock got stuck and had to be broken open. Very poor customer service from GROUPON. Still not resolved for the past 3 months. Waste of time Show details

Dont purchase these! – Purchased 2 sets of these luggage sets, have had cracked shells an broken zippers in the first few outing. Tried getting refund with no success. Funny how Kogans site is all positive? Wont purchase off Kogan again. Show details
Bad quality and seller does not honour the warranty – The wheel just came off after it's 2nd use and seller not replying in regards to getting a replacement wheel. Horrible trip home on public transport with only 3 of the 4 wheels. Show details
Rubbish and not as described – After purchasing online (mistake) the set of 3 cases came and upon measuring we found they were all 5-6cm smaller than advertised. Grouptowarehouse (ebay seller) after some discussion recognised that this was correct and offered a 50% discount. splitting whilst in transit leaving clothing etc falling out on conveyor belt. As this was the first use I rate the luggage as rubbish.
