Paid For Product...Never Received!!! – I have ordered from them before and received the product...I ordered from them in June and never received. I emailed company and they assured me that they were sending. A few more months go by and nothing. Emailed them again and again now I dont get a response at all!!! Not happy with a company that does not fulfill a purchased order ...I would not recommend spending a few hundred dollars with this company on a product you might not get ..Or not get a response from ..

Online scam – I ordered hair extensions from this company on March 20th 2020 and paid 209 US dollars. I never received an update email saying that they had shipped. Finally I emailed them asking for tracking information and they said my extensions would arrive here in Canada within a couple of days. Days passed, and I emailed this company again telling them that I hadn't received my product. They told me that it was delivered and provided me with the tracking number. I looked up the DHL tracking number and it said that this product was delivered to somewhere in another city so I called DHL and they said that this company gave me the wrong tracking number and that tracking number was not attached to anything that was addressed to me or anything that was in my name. By now, emails were getting scarce and they were not responding. Finally they said they would refund my money, I have not seen a refund. I did some checking around and found out that this company has not been registered for business since March 20th 20/20 but they are still operating as a registered business out of Sydney Australia which is highly illegal. Tracking information provided to me by DHL did not stay any address where my goods were delivered however, interestingly there were two notes saying that the product had not been received at Canada Customs. Usually this happens when an empty package is sent over the Border. Then I looked back on their website at their terms and conditions and they wrote that they're not responsible for refunds if the package gets lost in the mail. So basically the scam is that you send them money for hair extensions and they mail out an empty package, they will mail it to the province that you live in but with the completely different address, so in effect they have not actually sent anything at all, but have stolen your money.
