I lost my pasty cutter where do I buy a new one please
I just bought one, heats up fine, I haven't used it yet but 1 question, at the back of the top near the hinge, it looks like it's either badly molded or its been broken and repaired during production, are they all like this?
before answering your question I had to have a quick look :D To me it looks like an welded on addition and I am assuming that the Mistral 4 Pie Maker was made like that.

Are the cutters in a secret hiding spot because I cannot find them in the box. Any advice would be grateful. Thanks.
The cutters should be in a small plastic bag. they are two plastic cookie cutters, unfortunately very flimsy

what size are the pie make pastry cutters and can I buy the double sided ones as extras? Lisa
the top is 10cm in diameter and the bottom is 12 1/2cm in diameter. if you can get a pastry cutter that is double sided, it wouldn't hurt to get an extra

For $29 its quality! Want something better? Buy something dearer.. For this kind of money it was perfect. If you do cook everything properly I didnt have any problems with this and made a heap of great meat pies.
What diameter are each pie?
What size are the pies. Standard size or are they baby pies?

This is the worst one I bought. It is too deep and very large pies. When you preheat and put the base pastry it starts curling up before you put the filling. the top did not cook properly. I had put in the grill again to complete. Double cooking. Not going to use it again.

Why does mine blow fuses on first use. In fact haven’t used it yet because of this.

Have you tried plugging in something else like an iron to make sure that it’s the mistral causing the problem. Maybe it’s causing an overload.
