It is very easy to use but but does not come with instructions. The thickness of the item being cut is controlled from a rotating nob at the rear, and it has a power switch that can either be on continuous or, on while held.

It cuts well with all materials and comes with a plastic attachment to allow you to press the item against the blade - so protecting fingers

The negatives are that while reasonably easy to clean, the crumbs need to be cleaned from the front and rear and sometimes it needs to be tipped up to clean completely.

The blades are easy to change once you get the hang of it. It is loud!

The price is generally around $100 BUT if you shop around like I did, you can get it for around $40.00 on eBay which makes it a real bargain and I do recommend it if you get it for under $100.00
