Do not buy - Battery life is 1/2 day and their website is misleading – My son has a Moochie and the watch dies everyday at 1pm despite charging it over night. The moochies website says that the standby life should be 2 days (see picture attached). I have followed all guidance from Moochies to maximise battery life but none of it works - the product is simply not good enough and should not be sold with the child… Read more
safety uses cases in mind. It is actually quite misleading and ultimately is putting kids at risk, as you give them more independence as they have the watch but then cant contact them as the battery is dead in a few hours.

Very disappointed in product – We are now on our 3rd watch and it will not charge. Our first was great and lasted almost 2 years and we only replaced with the Connect model earlier this year as the battery was not lasting very long anymore. die again very quickly or if it was not removed from the charger at 100% and turned off before needing to be used it would stop charging and run down super quick again. Contacted customer service and they were great, I sent it back for testing and they sent me a replacement within a short time but we have had this replacement for less than a week and it now won’t charge again. Have tried the cable in multiple points throughout the house that work with other devices so it is either the cable or device itself. Moochies customer service is great and very helpful but the product is very disappointing. Haven’t contacted them again yet as I’m sure I will just have to send it back again or buy another charging cable and go through the whole process again.

Excellent watch and excellent customer service – My daughter absolutely loves her Moochies watch, it's easy to use for her and it's peace of mind for me..it has a tracker (which isn't always 100%, accurate but its gives a good idea) and I can control which contacts she can call and who can contact her. My daughter loves her watch – Excellent watch , GPS very accurate, phone calls work great, messages come through instantly. Great device – This is a great service and fantastic device It has gave us peice of mind. For good while allow us to track our kids and call / receive calls/ video calls to keep in touch with them amazing bit of kit. The only down side is the battery life as it will last a day but continued use with calls, ect. It will dwindle however it is fast chargING and after lunch/ dinner they can be back out again playing in no time Well recommended ! Show details

Good Quality Good Service – I bought two of the product for my kids, this made it a lot easier for me to contact them and it gave me comfort knowing that they are safe. The service agents (Cami and Mat) were really nice they answered all my questions almost immediately and professionally. I am very glad that I bought it.

This watch is not fir for purpose – I have had so many issues with these watches. Yes customer service is always obliging and asks you to return the watch and replaces with another, but then the same scenario of more issues in a few weeks later. they are reviewing the customer service not the product. Yes customer service are helpful but that does not make up for a very poorly performing product. It’s a disgrace that moochies continue to produce a product not fit for purpose and take good money off of people.

Zero stars - Lots of energy wasted with this purchase :( – I bought the Connect model, the initial setup was fairly easy, the problems started as soon as I wanted to see how the gps location worked, logging in the Moochies app on my phone the gps report said the watch was somewhere in the United States (we dont live in the US so this was not a possibility). could wait in line on the chat for hours without ever progressing, so the 24/7 support claim is not real to me based on my experience. After several attempts they suggested to reboot the watch and clear the app cache on my phone, this worked for a while but then after 1 hr the gps position was in the middle of the ocean, again not accurate at all. This was fixed again by following the procedure described previously. But the problem appeared again the next day.
Also, I wasn't able to call/ ring the watch from the Moochies app itself, it would hang up automatically after a few seconds. After contacting Moochies they requested to reboot the watch, but this didnt help, they said the watch could be in a location with poor coverage, which is not accurate as I was standing next to the watch with other people around us and noone was reporting poor mobile coverage. This issue came and went intermittently.
We tried sending voice msgs from the watch but the voice recording volume from the watch was very low, this wasn't an issue with the receiving phone as I made sure the phone volume was up high to the max.
I returned the watch and requested a full refund, they said the 30 days already elapsed from the initial purchased date, but I received the watch very late due to the xmas congestion, and after explaining this to several people on the chat they agreed to refund the money, but I haven't received yet, let's see what happens there.....
I don't think our watch was faulty as our friend has a watch from the same brand (different model) and they report similar issues. I think it is just how the watch is and the buyer has to deal with those issues.
I wouldn't recommend this watch to anyone. Now we are looking to buy an Apple watch which can be set up with a family account and I can restrict who calls or msgs the watch.

Product not refined – Numerous times GPS locator showed my son in Kansas and California, and often still showed location at home despite being elsewhere. Instructions aren’t intuitive and required a bit of trial and error to get going. Terrible!! – Set up of the watch required intervention. GPS had my son travel from Brisbane to Kansas in USA in 30 mins. Multiple SOS alerts daily that are false. Screen protector has smashed on the first day of use cutting fingers on the glass. Battery life is absolutely crap. Suspension of sim – I emailed Moochies to suspend my daughter's sim. Purely because of lockdowns and home-schooling. She is not going out to need to wear it. I received an email back from Ron, no longer than 15 minutes later, letting me know that he had received my request! Amazing service! compensation, even though it wasn’t Moochies problem, and blew my mind when she received 3 bands and a screen protector. Just when we were about to try a replacement watch, he heard back that our SIM should be working! Ron to the rescue! Not a good experience so far – My Moochies experience has gotten off to a slow start. From the jump I had issues with setup, calling, and WiFi connectivity.
