Stay clear nothing but trouble – Nothing but trouble. Absolute pain the bum setting this thing up. operates no phone numbers and yet they never respond on email or their chat queue. The ombudsman should just review this company because they are just ripping us off!

Do Not Buy This Watch!!!!! – What a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! I bought this watch as a gift for my 10 year old son and spent $30 to set up the data. It didn't work! in my area and is being completely phased out nationwide. I thought I'd get a new sim - nope, they can't be changed! Another $20 came out of my account for data - of course I can't cancel and there's no one to talk to about a refund for the $50 I've just spent on absolutely nothing!! I had to cancel my card to stop any further payments. Luckily I bought it from Big W and not online, so I've at least got a refund for the watch.

This company is a Scam. I am also writing a complaint to Trading Standards.

waste of money and no useful support – Purchased this watch and it would not sync. Tried exhaustively to get the watch to work with no success. Premium price for cheap junk that doesn't work – Took a couple of days with support to get it activated and working - nearly. My phone doesn't ring with a ringtone when it calls me, only displays on the screen that someone is calling. GPS is wildly inaccurate, nearly 70km away from where the watch is. Constant problems – This watch constantly disconnects itself, is not easy for a child to use and have had incessant problems with it. Definitely don’t recommend it, I can’t rely on it at all for any kind of peace of mind for my daughter as it so regularly fails. Show details

account, staff were helpful with this but then the trouble started, phone would drop out and I coukdnt relink it, fractiry reset to start over, wouldnt message nor at time calling failed. The security I felt in knowing my child was safe with the watch became frustration, after several months of persisting I decided to write a scathing review when I foud out I wasnt the only one who had been experiencing difficulties with this item. This item is not easy to set up and use even for tech savvy ppl. I returned it to the store today and was refunded my money, now I just have to delete the account but currently its telling me there a problem try later, Been there done that, even the stor tech could not reset to factory snd then couldnt get it to start so at least I dont feel stupid its yhe watch not me.

Problem after Problem – This was a Christmas present for my son. He had an older model previously that worked well, but this model just has so many issues. It wouldn't allow calls and kept having call baring on it. This took about a month to resolve. Now it has somehow unsynced from my phone and won't resync and is unusable. vital functions rarely work. I don't recommend buying this watch. It's unreliable and I've wasted money. I've taken back to place of purchase for a refund, but I have to wait for them to "test" the watch before they decide if I'm worthy of a refund. I'll be taking this further if I'm not issued with a refund for this faulty product.

Love love love it – Had to post a review as this watch is a life saver for my daughter and for us as a family. So easy to set up, had no issues with it at all. It’s great for kids 5 plus. Amazing for sleepovers or when trying to find your child at school pick up. So many great features. We charge the battery every night but it lasts about 2-3 days. 3 of my daughters friends also have this watch and have nothing but good things to say. Show details

Great customer service! – The setup of the 2 Odyssey watches we have was easy. Small issue with the activation of one of the SIM but Gabby from customer support was able to help quickly over email.

Don’t buy. Doesn’t provide what it claims to – Battery life doesn’t last a school day. Day 2 of wearing it it overheated in 2 hours nearly burning my daughters wrist. The notifications for pulse and temp are endless to the point if your child sends a message you’d miss it, and I don’t need notifications on these. the notifications either only on or off - which is pointless. Unbinding doesn’t remove data/ contacts/ photo’s on the phone. Had to do a reset which took sometime as was difficult. Once done still can’t confirm all data removed. Data plan cannot be seen/ tracked and direct debit details taken but cannot be managed by yourself. Feel this is concerning and not clear when you sign up. Especially for a phone plan. Step counter wasn’t right. I did more steps whilst working at a desk for a day than my daughter did at her althetics carnival which she competed in multiple races! When I logged issue with support ( via chat) the chat was closed with just statement my issue would be escalated - nothing more till I found an email - so not 24/7! No customer service to call. Although says 24/7 all responses come only in uk time zone (mostly overnight). There response to my issues was to cancel my sim plan (so watch then couldn’t be used) and advised me to deal with store I purchased from to get an exchange as the battery maybe faulty. No offer to manage this themselves and this was fine at 2.30am so next day my daughter couldn’t even use it! Again with the data plan all I have is their word that they have cancelled the direct debit. Nothing more formal provided and no visibility. Usual credit on the plan I had paid for (only used for 3 days) advised this would take up to 10days to process! Case ref 226258. Don’t recommend this watch at all. Was extremely disappointed. Feedback for Moochies. Get a call center - people need to be able to talk to you! Fix battery life - no point having a kids watch that can’t last 12 hours that most kids are active! Visibility and management of sim plan/ direct debit. Notifications should be customisable eg only want messages. Messages should go to parent phone not just app - paying for a plan so not sure why this isn’t a feature. These things need to be fixed minimum to be competitive in the market for kids smart/ fitness watch.

Months in and works great! – We’ve had our Moochies odyssey for a bit now and so far it’s been a saviour for us and our youngest. Poor product – GPS is flakey & unreliable. Email only customer support. If they didn’t understand my question first time. It would be a constant game of email hockey. No way to track how much credit you might have left. No way to know how many days into a monthly plan you have. You have to use their sim & plan.
