Classic Handy Lines Classic 8Perfect for an undercover outdoor space. Holds a full basket of washing. Light weight and easy to move around. While it does fold down it can still be awkward to store due to size.

Changed my Life
Classic Handy Lines Classic 8I no longer have to negotiate stairs with a laundry basket. We have this on our balcony and it’s easily packed up and put in the laundry cupboard. I have brought one for my daughter in law who finds it great with her 2 toddlers as does my daughter. Best invention ever.

Can’t manage without my handy line
Classic Handy Lines Classic 10I have just bought a second handy line as my first one has given me marvellous service for 15 years & probably saved me thousands in power bills (I no longer own a drier)! Sadly my original handy line broke but I am sure the new one is good for the next 15 years

Classic Handy Lines Classic 10this is the best thing ever! Great for those rainy days, you can wash everything you normally would, rather then just clothes for the smaller clothes airers you get at Kmart and the like. I rarely use the clothes line out the backyard, I have two of these on the back patio under cover and one in the loungeroom for 'overflow'. We only wash once a week and if it's a rainy weekend I don't want to have to use the clothes dryer. Clothes usually dry overnight/with 24 hours unless it's really cold.

Classic Handy Lines Classic 8I am a little disappointed that I needed to tighten the lines before I could use it, I would have thought they would have been nice and tight before leaving factory. Realise that I will need to tighten again in the future.

Classic Handy Lines Classic 10This is my second Mrs Pegs line... They r sooo fantastic, I can fold it up wen not in use. Means I have my whole back yard, plus wen it is raining I can put it in my garage and still dry my clothes. Seriously I don't know how anyone can do without it.... The quality of the line is fantastic my first one had been left out in the weather and lasted for 20yrs..... I still use it now. I use my new one for all my whites..... Love love it thank u Mrs Pegs

Classic Handy Lines Easy 8I love the Easy 8 line. It's so much better for my shoulders than reaching up to a standard clothesline. Really light weight but sturdy construction and I can use it outside or bring it inside when the weather is bad. It folds up securely too. I was told by numerous people that the quality of Peggs was so much higher than hardware store alternatives and I now know that to be 100% true!

what is the difference Classic 10 V Deluxe 10 ?
Hi Aine, the differences between the Classic 10 and the Deluxe 10 are:
Classic 10 comes in white and light grey only, length is 168cm, floor dimensions are L197cm x W75cm and has slightly more resistance when unfolding the portable clothesline, which you can see here: https://peggs.com.au/handy-info/how-to-unfold-your-classic-handy-line
The Deluxe 10 comes in dark grey only, length is 173cm, floor dimensions L219cm x W81cm, it has a slightly smoother opening action which you can see here: https://peggs.com.au/handy-info/how-to-unfold-your-deluxe-handy-line

Which Mrs. Peggs is suitable for Queen Size sheets and Large Bath Towels plus other garments. Do not want to order one that is too small. Starting to have trouble reaching to hang clothes on the fold out line fixed to the brickwork. Bought one about 4 years ago for my son as he has an aparment. Thank you. Jeanette

Does it blow over easily on a windy day?

Hey Margo - thanks for your question. The Handy Line is a safe stable piece of equipment when loaded with washing. An anchoring strap is fitted as standard as a precaution for those extra windy days.
Hi Margo, I have been using Mrs Peggs Handy Line for a number of years and in that time I must say I have only had my washing blow over once. This was with the old style line (pre anchoring strap I think). These days I tend to use my line undercover of the pergola or inside the house in winter.
