Wash day in a high rise apartment made super simple – I live in a high rise apartment block and have no backyard with a clothes lines. After searching in stores without success, a neighbour in the apartment block showed me her line and gave me the address of Mrs Peggs. I am absolutely thrilled with my Handy Line. Wind proof – Perfect size for my unit verandah, plenty of room for sheets and towels, everything dries faster, love the tie-down strap tied to the rail, keeps everything secure. Show reply

I’m disappointed – The line blows over in the wind. Not a strong wind, just a breeze. I have followed the instructions and have a 6kg attached to the line securely. Otherwise it’s great but I don’t have a lot of room to use it inside as I live in a small 2 bedroom unit. However. I’m not pushing it outside currently as when it blows over the washing on the line gets dirty when it falls over. Any suggestions? Show details

Great quality but slightly under whelming – Great quality of line but I should have read the description more closely. Can fit 2 decent loads of washing on this line but definitely can’t fit a queen sheet unless you double it over. Show details

The Deluxe 8 handy line is an easy height for my arms to reach now that I have arthritic shoulders. However it is not high enough to hang a mid length dress from a coat hanger. convenient from the peg basket. In hindsight I would instead purchase the deluxe 10 line for the extra height. Nonetheless I highly recommend Peggs Handy Lines. I appreciate the quality, ease of use and the positioning convenience.

I purchased two Mrs Peggs lines for my daughter who lives on Sydney. She was so impressed she recommended I buy one. I am very happy with my line, it is so easy to use, particularly given I have hurt my shoulder; it is light but sturdy and uses limited space when storing. I have recommended it to my daughter inlaw. Great product – Great product, quick delivery. Great for hanging clothes, do need to be careful with heavy items such as bath/beach towels and bath mats. Unfortunately I did use the line for this and a couple of lines did come lose because of this. Show details ·  1

All set for winter clothes drying! – Love it! Clothes dry much quicker that using an airer. I don't have to worry if it is going to rain. The bundle is great, highly recommended. Portable and good looking – Purchased for use on a small apartment balcony this clothesline is ideal in width and height, lightweight enough for folding up and moving indoors, the only design 'bug' is that the secure cord gets in the way of larger items such as sheets and towels. Easy to use clothes line – Purchased the deluxe line for an elderly family member- bloody Brilliant! It is light weight so easy enough to move from sunny spot to sunny spot and easy to collapse and store. Height wise not near as high as a conventional clothesline so easy to reach. 10/10. Peggs Handylines 20 years & thousands of loads dried – I have had my Peggs Handylines for 20 years. Just looking at buying new ones as the fold clips are finally wearing due to 20 years of harsh sun exposure.
