 Follow-up 3w · Lasted 2 years... Fault was never clarified. Screen flickering, color changes to washed out colors, desktop icon borders were not filled, screen flickering in games , graphics failing in games.. Bought at IT Warehouse Marion (Adelaide). I do NOT recommend to shop there. Both the owner and the so called IT Technician lied on a couple of occasions... When I asked the IT Technician if they get a lot of these he said and i quote " NONE. NOT ONE ". Then I asked the manager in a phone call he said we get a couple every year LOL. Then the store manager claimed that his offered replacement was the same specs, called back 10 minutes later saying its not the same specs 1ms as oppose to 5ms and refresh rate 144HZ instead of 180 HZ and then the HACK claimed there wouldn't be any noticeable difference! When I put both Monitor specs in for AI it clearly stated 20% less performance, that it would be noticeable and that the IT Warehouse Manager is Full of S... MSI had this years Models out after claiming my 2 year old monitor was no longer in stock in Auss. Heck I would have even paid the extra $50 -$100 or whatever to get that... And as a provider that's exactly what I would have done for a customer...
