Excellent Value B660 Motherboard – The MSI MAG B660M Mortar Wifi DDR4 is an excellent value motherboard, offering an impressive amount of features for its price and small form factor. The sleek metal finish is a nice touch, and the added metal heatsinks to the board help to keep it nice and cool. The bonus Wifi and Bluetooth functionality works well, and is a great feature to have for this price point. The board is easy to install, and provides a variety of headers and ports to accommodate your needs.

A decent quality B660 motherboard! – The MSI MAG B660M MORTAR WIFI DDR4 motherboard is a cheap but solid performer. It has all the required functionality plus a few nice to haves such as multiple M.2 Slots and RGB headers. Pair this Motherboard with an Intel 12400 and you have a cheap but capable gaming PC. The only feature found lacking is the bundled antennas. Due to their position on the rear I/O shield, they interfere physically with USB cabling and as such, are not able to be perfectly positioned for optimal signal strength. The 5Ghz signal strength was especially impacted by this and was not able to be improved through repositioning. The 2.4Ghz channel was better but still not as good as it should be. Bluetooth functionality was unimpacted. Expect to have to use an external antenna such as the Antenna from the MSI AX916C kit.
