When working the MSI Pro MP251P monitor is great. I use this as my laptop monitor and purchased it in November 2024. over the last 6 weeks is the monitor randomly won't switch on. I have to unplug everything including the power and plug it in then do it again for many times before I am lucky enough to get the monitor to switch on and work.

Then on other days it comes on immediately with my laptop.

Now I have to chase up and deliver it to an out of town service centre 2 1/2 hours away in Sydney. This I find extremely disappointing, as being so new I should be able to replace it with a new one from Harvey Norman where it was purchased.

So, who knows if it will ever get repaired.
