A little bit goes a long way – The scent on this, while pleasant, can be quite strong and overwhelming if you are sensitive to smells. I found the best way to use this was to apply to slightly damp skin. This ensures I use a little less (and therefore less smell) but still get the benefits of a moisturiser.

The best baby lotion! – I love this baby lotion for my eight month old son. I received tons of different baby lotions for baby shower gifts but I still purchase and use Mustela because it’s the best. Awful- baby screamed like he was in so much pain – I applied this lotion on my 4 month old baby this evening after a bath and he immediately screamed and cried uncontrollably. It was so awful, I was terrified, it was like he was being burned. How is this suitable for newborn babies with sensitive skin?!!!!!!!! Do not buy this product!!!!

Not suitable for sensitive skin – My son has sensitive skin, so I decided to try this product. After the very first use he developed burn like rashes on his face. I'm quite disappointed with the product and how it is marketed as being suitable for babies with sensitive skin. I do not recommend this product.

DO NOT USE THIS! – Horrible, horrible stuff! I used it on my 7 week old daughter who developed milk rash on her cheeks. more like a burn than anything! Horrible stuff don't use it. Very strong scent, probably packed full of chemicals! Claims to be full of natural ingredients which I'm sure are no more than 1%. Definitely not safe or good to use on delicate baby skin. Switching to baby cetaphil today and wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone.

Smells wonderful no problems – I was worried about what to use for my newborn so I tired a couple of things like J &J lotion and didn't really like the thought of the chemicals but I tired this and my baby skin is soft and always smells great. Would recommend to all to give it a go

Leaves blotchy rash on skin – Yesterday I used this product on my baby's face and within a few hours there were areas of blotchy red rash on her forehead and cheeks and looked like her skin was burnt. Today the areas are dry and still red. Baby skin is so delicate and this product is meant to be non allergenic but isn't! Very upset this has happened and greatly disappointed with the product. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Burns skin.

getting dry skin patches all over his body. I've since switched to cetaphil cream and all is well. I don't blame the product for my sons dry skin, as it could've been a coincidence. I still wouldn't recommend this product and think it's a waste of money. I have no idea why people rave about it. Perhaps it's just a fad.

Terrible product - should never be allowed to be sold in Australia – We had a couple of hot days so my baby's skin was quite dry and rough. light red spots. This is very disappointing considering this is a baby product marketed as a "non-allergic" formula. The scent was really strong compared to other baby products; in hindsight that should have given me a clue that there were some chemicals in the formula which they may be trying to cover up.

Would not recommend this product this product at all.

Rubbish – I bought the body lotion because the sales assistant raved about it. She told me that it was safe for sensitive skin. paid $23 for this!! I contacted the importers of this product who didn't even bother to reply.. Poor customer service, you'd think after paying so much they'd at least get back to you..

Excellent – I was using the "recommended" brand which was drying my daughters skin, and was really greasy. I got the trial pack of the mustela products and went racing back the next day to get the pump pack of the moisturiser as it was so much better. Excellent – At first you will think that it is expensive, but come to think of it, the quality is just right for its pricae. I like the quality and the smell, it's like wearing a perfume and a body moisturiser at the same time. I can't use this for my babies because they have eczema and the perfume might not help but I use it for myself the scent just makes me feel happy and clean.

Excellent – I was worried about my sons dry skin as my daughter had eczema as a baby. I smother my son in this lotion and his skin is wonderfully soft, really good when bub gets red cheeks from the weather. People always comment on my sons wonderful smell. Well worth every cent!! Love the smell, especially formulated for bubs sensitive skin, really hydrating. None, love it.
