Poppy Fabric Queen Size Bed Frame with Storage Drawer – Bought this on ebay and was shocked at the poor quality. I was aware that the quality wouldn't be the best, but the wood used in the frame had split. Really bad wood work, staples in the wood, bits glued together and one piece even had black marks/stains (according to Dr Google, that's what happens when wood sits out in water too long - I could be wrong though. They looked like mould).
Trying to get a refund but have yet to receive a response.

Just 2 months the sofa from the company is broken – I purchased a Amy sofa 2 months ago in my suite home, actually I check the company review before I buy it. Some bad review online, I still buy it because the cheap price. Unfortunately, it broken so quick and now cost me naearly the same price with the sofa for hard rubbish collection.

no manners, no service – I once brought a high gloss tallboy from this place. It doesn't comes with instructions, the owner said if you can't assemble it, then its your problem. How am i suppose to assemble it when it doesn't come with instructions? The owner needs to get some education and realize that this is not how a business should operate in Australia. Maybe in china, yes. But not here.
Absolute rubbish bed. No response to complaints – I purchased a Venice Rubberwood bed and trundle for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas 2016. Before a year had passed the slats had delaminated and split. I sent an email with pictures but no response. My son replaced them with new slats. Recently the side rail broke on the bed and the bed became unusable. I again sent an email but no response. I guess the bed having only a year's warranty should have warned me. $379 costs a little over a year ago.
The bed is rubbish. Don't buy it, and beware of the company as they do not respond to emails.
Bloody sensational value! – I had been trudging through furniture stores and searching high and low online to find a set of 4 theatre lounge recliners for our new media room. I found Mysuitehome and the video on their website looked good. The price of $1,349.10 looked even better! The recliners had cupholders (a must for me) and manual reclining mechanism which I wanted too (I'd rather that than an electric recliner that could break).
I was pretty worried about ordering from a company that only had a showroom in Dandenong Victoria (and I live in Qld) so I couldn't test out the recliners first. What if they were uncomfortable or were of dodgy quality? After searching high and low, I couldn't find anything that came close on price, that would fit 4 recliners in the space we had in our theatre room (my other option was $5k - no thanks!!). I read that the recliners were leather on the seat part but the back was faux leather. I figured I couldn't afford a fully leather alternative so I just bought.
They arrived within a week and they were FANTASTIC! So much better than I expected! I had to pay $350 for delivery from Melbourne to Qld, but even factoring that in, the value was insane. The seats are so sooooo comfortable. Also each arm rest can be lifted up where you can put your chips!! The reclining mechanism works a treat. Best purchase ever!
I have noticed that the same brand is also available on Temple & Webster at a much higher cost! Don't get sucked in - get it straight from the mysuitehome website.

After publishing this review I was contacted by My Suite Home who claimed a previous employee was at fault for the lack of response. After considerable negotiations with an irate Daughter in Law they provided $180 in compensation and said the bed had been withdrawn from sale. I think I would avoid anything of rubberwood as it does not appear fit for purpose.
