I couldn’t progress past Module 1 because my steering wheel (PXN V3 Pro) wasn’t compatible. There was no mention of hardware compatibility during the purchase process, and when I tried to troubleshoot, their support page was broken. I sent multiple emails with no response. When I eventually called, the person I spoke to already knew the issue, suggesting they had seen my emails but chose not to reply. I was told the developers were aware of the problem but that adding support for my wheel would be expensive, and no timeframe could be provided.

At that point, I followed up via email to ask for a workaround or refund. I was told that compatibility information was available on the website, but when I pointed out that it wasn’t, and that their support page was broken, there was no apology. Instead, I was told my wheel wasn’t high enough quality and that it “would negatively impact our brand/software.”

While I appreciated the refund, the overall experience was disappointing. There was no acknowledgement of the missing compatibility information or broken support page, and the tone throughout felt dismissive.

If you're considering this program, make sure your wheel is compatible. If the support page is still broken and if the website still hasn't been updated to clearly list supported hardware, I strongly recommend contacting them directly to confirm before purchasing.
