in the process to not deal with complaints, by making them too annoying and I'd give up. 1) try to submit a complaint via their feedback form and after filling it out and clicking submit you receive an error that the form is not working at this time. 2) call the number, they take your details, ask for a bunch of pictures videos etc, provide you with a reference number, say they'll email you so you can respond with said pictures but don't email so I have to call back.

My recent complaint was the creme is very runny. I've had creme that was like a paste and didn't stick to the skin either. The perfect creme is nice and mousse like however sometimes the container is only half ish full and other times its packed. I'm always throwing out bleach powder as the creme runs out before the powder.

I wish there were more options to choose from near me with more volume, im running out of patience with this product and brand support. Like most items, since covid and likely greedflation, the quality, performance and consistency is lacking and unreliable.

For others talking about skin bleaching, I do see this on body parts like my arms, or other chemical tiny blistering on my face if the strength is increased but for me none of it lasts, it disappears not long after I wash it off.

This product works great. I'm very surprised – I decided to buy this after reading all the reviews. It was recommended to leave it on the hair for 7mins. But since my natural hair was black, I left it on for an extra 5mins and it was almost Blonde lolz. Its a messy mixture – I bought this product, as I could not find my usual product on the shelf. I found the mixture of this item really messy, I could only get 2 rounds of it, because the powder all completely fell out of the tube. I found the consistency of the powder far too course to mix with the cream. I do like the result that it gives when I apply the product. Based on how its used I would not buy it again. Show details

Tried for the first time - Pleasantly surprised! – First time bleaching my arm hair. I have very fair skin and dark hair. It stings and itches after being on the skin for a few minutes, but that is expected with any bleach product, so its bearable. Does not smell as strong as regular hair bleach. blonde. There was some skin discolouration at first, the parts of skin with the bleach on it went a shade lighter than the rest of the skin, so it looked a little like a weird tan line. This faded within 20 minutes and my skin returned to its normal colour. Otherwise no major irritation, just a little bit of sensitivity for a while afterwards.

Overall Im happy, this did exactly what I wanted it to do without any notable negatives and I will be buying it again once the hair grows out.

have is to make sure you stored it away good and tighten the lids as the cream can loose its smooth texture if exposed to various room temperature. Same for the poweder. Also, make sure you leave it on for the full 7 mins for the best results.

I hope this product never gets discontinued because it is one of the few face hair blech creams that work without irritating your skin (unless you leave it longer than stated)

great results but lighter skin – I have light olive skin and have really black hair and it bleached it perfectly! all white hair now on my stomach! But i was left with a lighter skin tone where I had applied the cream, so might me a problem for darker skin

Product works well for me – I am very fair skinned with dark hair and this works great for me, i mainly use it on my face and think it works really well at lightening the hair that it's hardly noticeable.

No Joy from this product – Put simply, this product does not work. Do not waste your money. I followed the instructions to a tee. When it didn't work I repeated the steps as recommended and it still failed. Into the bin....................

Left black spots n a patch of skin burnt – I applied on small portion on my face - chin. The skin became black and a small patch of skin burnt and it chipped off. Horrible product. Shud b banned.

Bleached skin – I tested the product on a little patch on my stomach and when i rinsed it off the hair was still black and the patch of skin had been bleached... not cool. I am very fair skinned, so i can see the patch of bleached skin but it isn't extremely noticeable but beware those of you with darker skin might have a big problem.

Bleached SKin! – I used this bleach one time as i have had a big problem with hair on my stomach... i did not apply it to my whole stomach as i wanted to see if it worked first but i did apply to a large area. I left it on for about 2 minutes when it began to burn so i washed it off! The bleach had done nothing for my hair but instead had bleached a large embarrassing patch on my stomach! I would not recommend this product at all!

Great result! – I used this product for my arm hair. I haven't used a hair bleach for about 8 years as a previous cream appeared to bleach my skin and not the hair. This product didn't change my skin at all and the hair that was black changed very quickly to blonde. Great product and will buy again. Worked quickly, no irritation None

Bad batch? – I've been using this for years, no problem. But the last pack I bought seems stronger, when i apply it, and I'm getting mild chemical burns after use. I'm wondering if they've changed the formulation, or just need to check their quality control. I'll certainly be looking for other options now.

I really like this product – I have been using it for a long time now and I always get fantastic results. I only use this product on my upper lip though. I find a packet will last me 6-8 months so it is great value for money. I would recommend this product to everyone with a slight moe problem hahah Works every time it stings a bit when applied

Totally ineffective – Found this product to be a waste of time. Followed mixing and application instructions to a T - after 4 applications using a fresh mix each time it had not lightened the hair at all, but did leave small bleach spots on my skin. My hair is not even that dark to begin with Cheap and didn't smell too bad. It doesn't work!
