What the hell?!?! – I'm a 23 year old guy and thought it would be a nice thing to surprise my girlfriend by waxing my bum. Worst idea ever. I expected some pain but what I didn't expect was a product that was nearly impossible to use because when I heated it between my hands it would not peel off the other strip. Then trying to find a position where the skin on my buttox is taught was impossible. As for rubbing it in following the direction of the hair....

How am I meant to know which way my hair points?

I then proceeded to rip the strips in the described way from my skin which not only was highly painful because of the quantity of my hair and my motion was not smooth as it require me to twist while standing up and the pain made me suddenly jump causing the strip to twist slightly and 80% of the wax to be left on my posterior.

After a long wait while laying on my stomach unable to roll over. My girlfriend tried helping me to remove the wax with more strips which with her experience of waxing still left behind more an more wax and being more painful with no hair removal.

I am more then unhappy with this product. The glitter in the wax left on me made me smile ad the camomile lotion was nice smelling It took me an hour to scrub the wax off me while swapping between oil soap and water to remove it.

OK – These work well overall as wax strips, but the glitter is so pointless. It's not going to make waxing any less painful! I suppose it would be good as your first wax strips because they smell nice, are soothing and are very pretty. Easy to use, wax strips with glitter so it looks nice and the glitter won't irritate skin. It comes in mini or large, or you can cut the shape that you need. I don't really see the point of the glitter, it's just more expensive. Nobody wants to watch you wax, and you're going to use it once and throw it away.
