Has worked only intermittently since first purchased. the unit would freeze on a regular basis, a freeze could always up until now be fixed with a reset. Now nothing just a blue screen of death.
Doubt I would every purchase another Navman product.

- Bought it for the 7in screen + HN has an excellent extended waranty system.
- Granted it's not used daily (only used several times per year), but continues to work after all this time.
- It's kept in an aftermarket zipped soft case when not used, to avoid sun damage.
- The map and OS has never been updated.
( Due mainly to unsuccessful attempts using the PC software to interface with it)

EZY270LMT Total Crap
EZY270LMT is a total waste of money, navman products are crap. Never again will I purchase a navman product. Only used it a few times then it stopped working. Would not move off startup screen, wont load map, wont connect to the computer to use the disc to repair. Total waste off money, so disappointed in the product.

Sound failed. Battery failed. Technical support virtually useless... . Basing support in the Phillipines really isn't a great idea, as personnels' accents make comprehension almost impossible at times. This is the second Navman GPS unit which has failed us... . Know better, choose better.
The first unit I purchased would not switch on so contacted customer service only to be told I would have to pay to send it back to them for repair. Not happy with this I returned it to the store and explained the problem and they replaced it. All good I though..!! The replacement unit, has had numerous issues the most annoying is not connecting to a GPS satelite for long periods of time making it useless. This unit is not yet 18 months old, and this battery has now died.
Will never buy another Navman.
Just bought an EZY270LMT added a few addresses and saved them in 'my places' now can't add more. Can' work out what is wrong. Judging by what I read here it is probably junk. Any ideas?

Bought a navman, had a warranty claim, 2 weeks old, they swapped it for another (second hand) one that does not have the same features as the one I bought originally. After more than ten phone calls later they have still not fixed the problem. Waste off money dealing with

my ezy 270 lmt has frozen on the startup (blue) screen. tried restarting ... no joy. tried reset button ... no joy. tried connecting to pc ... will not connect. are you able to help, pls?

I seem to recall Navman dispatched a large number of these units with that very glitch. I had to call them to get instructions to fix the issue. I've now had three Navman units fail us.* You'd thin...k I'd have learned from this. * Primarily battery failure.
