Tits on a bull – My Navman kept freezing so I reset it. It worked for a bit then I updated it. Since then its been stuck on the USB screen no matter what cable I plug in. Reset button made it worse. Now I have a paper weight and another brand I will never buy again. Show details
Hopeless piece of gear – IN error I purchased this unit as a replacement of my Nuvi 700 series. What a waste of money.. The nuvi series knocks spots off this latest unit without trying. the #90.00 plus fee.. And even inspite of not being able to upgrade the maps I will persist with the old unit.[ purchased 2007 ] as I can read this and get ALL the additional programmes. The new unit will just go into my rubbish drawer.

International rent failure – Purchased specifically to tour Europe Map was downloaded late Sept for use during October maps expired after few days - Navman informed that the key was activated on 7 Sept? Navman = Waste of Time and Money – This is the worst device of any kind I have ever bought. The device WILL NOT connect to a Mac - and I am on my second Navman now. There is NO SUPPORT - they do not give you any help whatsoever. Read all reviews and only buy a reputable brand - do not buy any Navman product, or you will be like me, a wasted day and money.

Absolute Rubbish – Navman Problem Reference Number 644156 (You have my phone number) Difficult to restart after it times out and poor design and quality of the power lead meant it needed replacing after three months use. to them after going through the most amateur phone menu imaginable) are just not interested in helping you.... the best I could get was an email instruction which would probably be fine if you were a professional IT person but most of us are not! Absolutely useless and left to my own resources, I was also disappointed that the help desk closed at a bit after 5pm. End result, whatever I was doing wrong ended up wiping my NAVMAN of everything and I certainly did not get my $25 plus tax USA maps for 30 days as planned. Woeful product, Rubbish helpdesk and absolutely disgusting company for having such disregard for its customers. I'm going to junk mine after only 8 months from new as I have better things to concern myself with than a bloody GPS. Stay away from anything NAVMAN!

Nice packaging, shame about the GPS – I purchased a new Navman EZY350LMT a couple of weeks ago. Sadly it is going back to the store today for a refund or store credit. 1.
