Worked well until the screen started to crack from the heat of being mounted on the dash. Now after calling Navman I'm looking for a new GPS as Navman no longer repair these items, even the ones that are still under warranty. Not very happy.

I found this unit to be good bang for buck – Like with all tech equipment you need to be patient while learning all the parameters on a new device. I must admit, the onboard battery life is very short but at the end of the day I keep mine plugged into the car power socket. Updating the maps was a breeze on my Windows 10 computer. Just plugged the navman in and followed the prompts. Cheers, Happy Customer

Purchased in for $120.

It works, if only for two years before it becomes more e waste – Fairly accurate, none of these GPS units like big cities. Gets you back on track, support team are quick to get back to you, but like politicians avoid the hard question as to why you would use your hard earned money on something with a 2 Year usable life span.

Purchased in for $119.

Navman Move120M issues – The Move120M was purchased approx dec 2019, to primarily use to warn me of my speed and help me keep mths few remaining points and not really used as a nav tool ( I found iPad maps much easier to use for navigation). The speed control started as a good to great tool with only minor excursions to school zones or passing rail crossing 90 degrees off track that were on side roads, not the on the freeway I was on. But after about 12 months it became more unreliable and slow to startup and find itself, and after 18 months is pretty much worthless, not even turning on most times. The internal battery is zero, literally zero. And I believe you can’t change the battery. Again what started as a great tool, quickly became worthless… I expected more from Navman and more life from the product. A family member has had the same tom tom going for years. Thoughts?

Purchased in at Harvey Norman Retail Stores.

Coming from Garmin I do not recommend it – Out of the box, I tried to enter a street Address in North Kellyville NSW. The user interface does not even recognise this suburb name which has been around for about four years. I could not even find street names when searching via the postcode. I tried to update the maps on Window 10 and the Navdesk2 app fails with a message "The update failed. Ensure your device is still connected to your computer.". The product registration page comes up as blank. Also the screen is seems to be a cheap TN panel with very poor resolution which is over exposed with bad contrast and bad viewing angles. The touch sensitivity of the screen is also poor. Trying to type details requires firm presses and often misses every second letter. Also, I could not see any option to make it show the current speed of the car on the display which is the main feature I use to avoid fines. I'll be sending it back to Costco and will go back to buying another Garmin GPS.

Purchased in at Costco NSW, Marsden Park for $229.99.

Hi Steve98, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your MOVE120M.

Regarding the North Kellyville Address, You are correct the suburb does not exist in the device, but the streets are there under Kellyville, we will report this to our mapping provider to update their data.

Regarding the product registration page issue, We did have an issue with our website some time ago but that has since been rectified. Please try again. If you are still having issues, please let us know. The current speed can be displayed on the mapping screen by clicking on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will bring up a few options. One of which is the current speed you are traveling at.

we apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can resolve your issue

thank you

Thanks for getting back to me. I did end up returning it and buying a different brand.
