Software patch to fix date/time problem turned my unit into a useless brick – My Move 75 GPS displayed an incorrect current date as 02/09/17 (and 19:34 when actual time in Sydney was 12:42). I tried the following: 1. Download and reinstall latest software via NavDesk didnt solve problem 2. Checking Downloads and FAQs didn't mention this problem 3. Checked Time Zone settings again showed Manual Time Zone as GMT +11:00 (Sydney Time). 4. Tried Auto Time Zone - switched to GMT +10:00, which is wrong for Sydney, and showed incorrect local Sydney time of 18:34 5. Lodged complaint via Navman and received email next day with link to software patch for GPS rollover. 6. Followed software patch installation steps and installed the patch. 7. Unit showed that I had an invalid Product Key and NavDesk shut down every time I connected to try to re-obtain the key. 8. Tried multiple times to reset unit and remove/replace micro-SD card. No use. 9. Navman/MITAC offered to fix the problem free of charge, despite being past the warranty expiry date. 10. Received repaired unit back. Working fine now, so happy again!

Purchased in at Big W for $100.

Hi Richard, Im glad our team was able to help resolve this for you. we have also ammended the name of our FAQ based on your feedback, to hopefully make identifying it easier. it is now called "GPS rollover day/night mode Patch fix" instead of just "GPS Rollover week update" as we realized customers may not realize this is the patch. You can view it on the first page of service.navman.com after you select your region.

Thanks, The Navman Team
